IForce Oatmeal Cookie Madness

You guys crack me up. An IV or injections would be nice but you wouldn't be able to taste it. It's nothing special but something I saw at the grocery store that looked good to try with it

Today I was in a hurry so I just mixed 1 1/2 scoops of Protean with 8 oz water. Very good and just the right consistency.
 
Don't have to tell you that is another solid workout. I am too lazy to go look for the recipe so please do post lol
 
Ingredients:

Cookie
5 scoops VMS Protean (~1 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup fat free Greek yougurt
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 packets stevia sweetener (equivalent to 1/2 cup sugar sweetness)

Frosting
2 scoops VMS Protean
1 packet stevia sweetener
minimal amount of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or water) to achieve frosting consistency
 
First I preheated the oven to 350. Then mixed all the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet in another. Once mixed thoroughly, I combined the bowls and mixed into a dough. I separated the dough into 5 somewhat equal cookies on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes. I should have been paying closer attention and taken them out after about 11-12 minutes, but let them bake 15.
While the cookies baked I mixed 2 scoops of VMS with just enough almond milk to get a frosting. Once I took the cookies out of the oven I topped them with the frosting.
 
I was pretty happy with the outcome of these. I only made 5 of them because I wanted to get at least a full scoop of VMS in each one. They were each pretty big and one is decently filling. The macros of each ended up being just what I'm looking for in a good healthy snack.

Sorry it's broken up but my copy paste was acting weird. The only thing different is that I didn't use any sweetener just because I didn't have any.

I've never done this combo before but I love it. Used the same bar, same weight. After the last rep of ext, I just flipped the bar and started upright rows. The pump was insane!

Amazing workout! I'm telling you this Lecheek pre workout stack is amazing! PumpX3 definitely gives you a great pump and I lift fasted so no carbs before, same with vascularity, road maps! SpeedX3 is a great pre workout, no crazy cracked out feeling just amazing energy. I forgot who said tried both, I think it was register. But you were right, great stuff!

I couldn't find the fat free cream cheese so I'll have to put the cheesecake on hold for a day or two so I can look at different grocery stores. I did make a shake with apple jacks this morning. It was good but nothing compared to golden Graham's

Everything is looking great in here so far brother!

The fat-free is harder to track down, I always used 95%FF Philly, in most grocery stores here at least. And IMO its better for baking, just that little bit of fat helps the consistency a lot when its baked, and there are a lot less chemical additives.

In for the protein food porn :)

Thanks man, I found one that was 1/3 less fat but it still had 66 grams of fat per tub which I would use the whole tub for the recipe. If I could find the 95% one I would of been all over it. I'll check a couple more places for it

I def want to try this recipe out....I think i'm going to use something like 3 scoops of oatmeal cookie and 2 scoops of chocolate truffle just to get a nice blend of flavor

That would be really good. I was telling my wife if you added another bold flavor protein like a Choc that they would be even better!
 
I bought some PB captain crunch that I'm going to blend into my post workout shake tomorrow morning, can't wait to try this one out!

Ok the Captain crunch in the shake was sooooo good! It put the golden Graham's to shame. I'm making some protein PB cups right now! There in the freezer chillin:) hopefully they turn out like the recipe said. So far the recipe said it made 4 but I barely got 2 out of it, so we will have to see.
