It's ok, I dumped a log on Wed a broke it (more than it was already broken that is). We kind of fixed it so it can be used now.

Ugghh. Apparently UnderArmour had a sale on sleeveless gray Men's tops. Every freakin newbie is wearing them at least a size too small. It's like a herd of harbor seals invaded my gym.
Just a heads up: These shirts don't work like Spanx, fellas. Your man-boobs and beer guts are still in plain sight and nastier than ever.

My mediums larges and extra larges all fit the exact same way (compression). If you're fat you don't wear compression or wear something over. Lol.

So these two kids who are around 18/19, clearly juicing and it pretty funny. They all have huge upper bodies no legs. They all wear those zyzz short shorts and I can't help but laugh. I just I have to, I dunno. They try so hard to be that "bodybuilder" but they have no idea what they're doing. So I saw the guy who supplies all their sh1t, he's well known in my area, walk with them into the locker room.

I go to take a piss and see what looks like a drug exchange, he made t quite obvious. I saw pills and money lol. He was giving it to these two youngins. It was pretty funny.

Did I mention they max squat 185 on the smith machine? Ya, super d0pe.

Geeze. That sounds like a physique guy at my gym. He was laughing at the fact he had tiny legs, I would be ashamed. He said he couldn't go heavy on deadlifts because he doesn't want to get too big for physique. 0.o
 
A guy was just bragging to me about his 300 max squat, says he's about 180lbs. Hmmm... I'm not impressed. He looks about 250lbs.

To me, one of the best feelings in the world is to put maximal weight on my back, bury it, struggle to lockout and accomplish a new PR. To fight for every inch and see your legs grow month after month and have to buy new jeans/shorts.

Disproportion is not a good look. But, to each their own I guess.

I kind of feel bad for him. To me, one of the best feelings in the world is to put maximal weight on my back, bury it, struggle to lockout and accomplish a new PR. To fight for every inch and see your legs grow month after month and have to buy new jeans/shorts. Disproportion is not a good look. But, to each their own I guess.

I ****ing love it to. Honestly that and loading the bar t deadlift. But nothing beats squating. Two of my favorite lifts, I'm surprised I'm not a power lifter by now (more PL oriented)

That dude has a listed max bench of 225 AND squat of 225. Explains a lot if it's true..
I don't hide anything. I don't enjoy training legs plain and simple. I do 3-4 sets total of squats per week. Some box jumps and leg extensions and call it for the week. I'm only 5'8 and I like to look good in jeans. So thick legs are a no no.

Edit: I barbell bench once a month probably. So no idea about maxes.

Well I respect the fact that your honest and can admit you don't train legs much because you don't like it. Most people make up excuses about a bad back or knees when in fact they're not being true to themselves.

Annnd I'll leave it at that. Lol.

Edit: and I know there's people out there with serious issues that make squatting/deadlifting impossible, but for everyone 1 of those there's a 100 more that make up lame excuses.

IMO you shouldnt worry about how much you can bench, squat, and deadlift unless you are a powerlifter.
