So ended up training with my good friend today. Always fun checking out a new gym. Wasn't too bad but I really miss being able to train at the base gym. That place was awesome!!

Trained legs today and even though I had a terrible nights sleep last night I was still able to get in some good work.

Ya they have no idea how many good brands they are missing. It's sad when they come back with something they overpaid for at GNC and I tell them of a better product for cheaper that they should've bought.

Took a rest day today but since it was throw back Thursday I was looking through some old pics and came across this one Invalid Link Removedthats my sister in law and my daughter from about 7 years ago next to a haul truck from the strip mines in Gillette Wyoming. I used to run the tourism department for the county and set them up on a special coal mine tour. Those trucks are insanely massive!!!!

XFA & Peak Beta+ is a great combo! Used it in my last pct. Great results.

So what's up with this missing plane? Crazy! My wife and I have been watching Lost on Netflix, almost through the first season and see today a plane disappears, wild!! Anyway my training has been going fantastic. I'm really a big fan of Peak Beta and very excited for what's ahead! Today I hit shoulders and triceps. Had some doms going in so wasn't sure how I would do. After a few warm up sets training mode just kicked in!!

Fuk! I just gave my extra ez bar to a friend and it just sits there! I thought he was actually going to use it. I would of given it to you. How would I ask for it back:)

Thanks, how do you recommend dosing? Some people say workout days only and others say everyday.
 
Am I supposed to be getting this swole? Damn I'm definitely looking bigger or maybe it's in my head. Either way I likes it ;)

Trained chest at home today. Went with 3 sets of 20 on Flat, Incline and Decline . With 3-5 second negatives on the last five reps of each movement. Really was a tough workout. My rests were a little longer than normal but still kept each one under a minute.

These are actually a modified version. Take the dbs and press them together like your trying to push them through each other. Press all the way up and come down nice and slow.

I like the Guillotine press, I'll have to try these out. Are you holding the DB's normal or hammer grip style?
 
Haha, I know right... it's a crazy concept, supplements that actually work!!

I like those guillotine presses too, good for building thickness in the center of the pecs.
