Looks like their ad is doing its magic because this thread is getting endless replies with no new information.
The marketing for this seems a bit outrageous, I thought they had moved past the crazy claims.
Hey guys i just got my muscle and fitness magazine and it says the main ingredient on CLEAR MUSCLE is betaTOR a free acid derivative of HMB

betaTOR.... sounds like something from Jurassic Park.
Maybe Muscletech was able to extract DNA from... nevermind, lol too easy.
So the turd has finally dropped. Anyone think this stuff is the real deal? I've been having good luck with these acid type supplementsHey guys i just got my muscle and fitness magazine and it says the main ingredient on CLEAR MUSCLE is betaTOR a free acid derivative of HMB

I'm leaning towards running the HMB-FA instead of what I originally planned on running (Micro-PA) in the summer. I'm guessing that it would probably be cheaper than Micro-PA overall plus the study on the HMB-FA appears to be more promising. I'm pretty excited about this product now based on the data, not on the insane marketing![]()
I haven't puked yet... but I do regularly train to the point where some of my following week's workouts I would lose reps on because I haven't fully recovered yet... I'm thinking that HMB-FA would be suitable for such a scenario?are you going to train until you puke like the study?

Sounds like you should start putting money aside for a new wardrobe then. You going to log it?
Dude srs try branched cyclic dextrin and peptopro during workouts. It's pretty sweet stuff you can buy in bulkI haven't puked yet... but I do regularly train to the point where some of my following week's workouts I would lose reps on because I haven't fully recovered yet... Nice, Yeah I just found out about it and I definitely noticed the difference right away. I used to use extend alot and I think this is way betterI use the cyclic dextrin. Been using it for months now (GlycoFuse). Never found the need to use Peptopro though because I do use aminos pre and intra.I do like the HB cyclic dextrin, I'm usually in the gym lifting 2 hours minimum, 2.5 hours average I would reckon and in the early morning at that.
I wouldn't say it's magic powder or anything, but it's very easy on my stomach. GlycoFuse also tastes really good and refreshing plus I don't have to do half scoop or like I had to with Karbolyn since each scoop of GlycoFuse is 25 grams of of HBCD @ 100 calories (Karbolyn when I used it in the past, I recall it being 200 cals per scoop?). I basically like having some nutrients in my system when I go workout out first thing in the morning vs. actually eating food or drinking a protein shake (the protein shake before a workout thing I tried before, sometimes my stomach would be fine, sometimes it doesn't handle it well).Yeah, 2-2.5 hours 6 days a week. Basically 2 body part splits. 1 day of deadlifts, legs, and abs + obliques. 1 day push pull + higher rep arms isolation work. The splits are: shoulders, traps and legs/chest and bis/back and tris.Nice, Yeah I just found out about it and I definitely noticed the difference right away. Why?. Toilet paper is much cheaper and doesn't hurt your ass as much when you wipe...

Far from phenomenal shape lol but for the period of time I've been hitting it hard, pretty drastic body comp changes. Can't wait to cut for the summer and see how much I've gained this faryou must be in phenomenal shape, So do you think the peptopro part of it is a waste of money?

Yes 200 cal per scoop
Carbion by allmax
Waxybolic by nutrabolics are better IMO.
What was the routine they ran during the study?
The marketing is a bit much, but those were the numbers from the study. If you read the study, you will see that the training regimen was very aggressive, so if people don't work out with that kind of intensity, their results will probably differ. That being said, a couple normal guys at corporate that I know ran it for a month each and had nice results. I personally look forward to running this myself to see what kind of difference it makes for me.
its probably going to be ArA, dont they have a test booster with L-aspartic acid instead of D ? i lold when that came out.
Yea I'm looking forward to seeing what the price point is and seeing more results posted from people.
It probably gonna cost around 60-100 dollars
I'm going to guess a full 3 month run would probably be around $120-$150.
The LAA in Nano Vapor and other preworkouts isn't there as a mistake in place of DAA.Nano vapor has that But anotest I have a sample packet of. Looks legit
The HMB-FA study does look like legit gains though. Looks like the way it works is mainly via an anti-catabolic action and it appears to work differently from leucine so leucine =/= HMB-FA.What is unclear however is what benefits would it yield for the types of programs most people workout with, in the study that was basically training regularly to the point just before officially over training. Heck, because of the HMB-FA, they were probably already in over training territory if it wasn't for the HMB-FA, since the placebo group was losing strength and essentially going backwards in progress. If ima spend 150, ima get ArA and Prime and get some legit gains![]()
I heard it tastes like AzzI saw Carbion on an e-mail recently... tempted. Cheaper than the GlycoFuse I've been using as well.
Training to overreach. Basically to the point where if one pushed just a bit more, they would actually be officially overtraining. Placebo group basically started losing strength whilst the HMB-FA group maintained and/or gained strength.

full study has not been published. How do you come to that conclusion without knowing the total kcals and amount of protein given to the groups?
The only additional give to the placebo group AND the HMB-FA group was 30 grams of Dymatize ISO-100 w/ their dose of placebo/HMB-FA.

Mind you, this was a randomized double blind placebo study so I don't see how the variables you mentioned puts this study up for contention given the type of study this was and the provided data.
That is not the full study. That is a presentation of the study in a publication.
I hope it turns out great for you...
Dr. Wilson will give you the detailed data from the study if you request it.The study was performed a long time ago, Wilson was talking about it on his podcast with Norton over a year ago, it has just now gotten published. That is not the full study. I might be thinking of something elseThe Carbion? Can't be that bad, it's just carbs powder mostly... I assumed that it would taste like sugar water more or less.
