Perfect one , nice shappe , massive but not too much.

What kind of steroids do they take with their diet? some people say they don't take steroids , but i really think they do , 95% of them.

Genetics and nice muscle bellies. Great symmetry as well. All of which cannot be achieved through drugs.

Drugs wise...tren/test/var/clen/t3 No idea about dosages or whatnot
 
The assumption that Ryan Terry must have taken steroids to achieve his current physique only demonstrates what you think is achievable naturally.

Nobody is going to be able to answer this question with any authority, only what they think is true.

Well , most of them are like 20 , 21 , they trained for 3 years , they are really nice physics !

I think you can have that kind of muscle mass natty, but being like this in 3 years , and that lean with that muscle mass , don't think it's natty , like jeff seid
 
You don't need a nutritionist to achieve results like that, just determination and prep time.

well , i know that , but it's not that easy , i do live with my mom ( i'm 20-21 in 3 months) , i go at school etc , i don't eat bad things like cookies chocolate etc , at all , no soda neither , i eat clean food , steaks / tuna , rice , vegetables , etc , drink a lot of water , taking prot powder etc etc , good training , but still i can't have that kind of body , there must be a big part of genetic , like , my older brother started fitness 5 years ago , like me , he's eating **** compared to me, i mean he eats some bad foot (cookies , soda etc ) , but he's still leaner then me , and he has always been since he was born , and i ve always had fat since i m 3 yo , so it's not that easy..
 
Calculate your TDEE, and meal plan accordingly with a 300 calorie deficit. Work out with a mix of weights and cardio. You won't see results overnight but you will see results.

Also keep in mind that what people look like for a photoshoot isn't what they look like walking around; most bodybuilders/physique athletes will diurese before a photoshoot.

Yea i know ^^
My endocrinologist called me today , from the blood works , she told me that i'd need some hospitalisation for 2.5 days , cause my cortisol levels are too high , i told her i though it was becasue of anxiety problems , she told me no .. last year i was at 400 , this year 300 , don't know how i've got that much tho..
She also told me that i had high test level (900) .

I'll bring her all my supps that i take/took , to show her.
 
If your natural Test levels are that high (900) then I don't see why you're so antsy to go on a cycle? Your problems come more from a diet/training standpoint I would imagine.

If you're not growing on 900 test levels you need to reevaluate what you're doing. I'm betting it's your diet.

I had 900 after my DHEA cycle , that must be why.. before i had 600.
and i had high cortisol/prolactin/E2 level , so i think my high test level didn't really count.

Yea i don't eat much , cause i take fat really really fast , from september to january , i ate like 2500 calories / day , or even less , i took 15lbs , but a lot of fat.. now i'm trying to lose it
 
You need to develop a good meal/exercise plan before you even think about Anabolics.

It' true , but i got my exercice plan already , for the diet , i'm eating good , not much that's true , but enough to not lose weight , and still got fat as i said.

Sounds contradicting man. You're eating well, but not much, but getting fat,

If you're getting too fat for your standards cut your cals slightly and find your sweet spot. You will be much better served to figure out proper nutrition before cycling. It takes time and everyone's different. This is just my .02 and the reason I've never cycled.

The more I learn about my body the more I grow, so when I do decide to throw anabolics in, I'll have all the tools necessary to get the most out of them.
 
Too young, too inexperienced, and too uneducated to contemplate anabolics. You don't have a solid grasp on nutrition and how to properly eat for maintenance much less how to maximize any anabolics.

Atm i'm losing fat , but slowly , because i eat less carbs , more protein , and i use alphamine too ( which help a lot ) .
I've got high cortisol level , 24/24 , this must be a reason why i lose fat really slowly , even with 1500 calories/day , that's why i don't make BULK ( i did 2 times , got really really fat , abs/pectoral , and i'm narrowed shoulders and small , i was looking like a ballon , horrible thing ).
I did bulk , by eating more carbs , but still , it made me fat , really fast , like in a month i had +5-10 lbs really easily , just by having 2500 calories.
I prefer being lean all year long , even if i won't gain much muscle this way , i train hard , i up weigh in all exercice , my back and pectoral are my stronger muscles , i can do 1x120 kg benchpress and i'm only 67 kg , and 15cm wraist thin , people at my gym are surprised that i can lift that with my light weight.

I'll run 1 cycle ,eat more protein , more and more , i'll gain fat , even if i don't want , but i want to get the best of my first cycle like you guys adviced me.
The only thing i'm scared of is : really low T levels after the cycle + gyno , but normaly it won't happen if i take PCT + nolva ( that one Invalid Link Removed ) .
 
If you start eating considerably more carbs you're going to gain a lot of weight up front due to water retention. Going from a low carb diet to a moderate/high carb diet is going to make anyone "gain weight" pretty quickly. It's front loaded though and should level out so the first month is typically going to seem out of whack.
