Thanks everyone for the nice words on my pics. I think I will do a leg video Saturday night and edit it for you all and get it up next week. Might do my arm routine on Friday is my other choice. Gotta get my sweet Spider-Man mask to film it in

All this talk about your "painted on abs" reminds me of my last float trip. This beanpole buddy, he's like 6'5" & kind of guy that's down for whatever, we drew abs on him with a sharpie before the float in the morning. He is 100% a stick figure, NO muscle, so it was so awesome floating past ppl & he'd just be like, "You jealous of this situation, bro?!"

He got a sunburn & it burned the outline of the sharpied abs onto his stomach.
