Depends on the practitioner and their style. I tell mine to go buck wild on me even though she says it should be 3/10 on pain scale. I break out in a cold sweat, breathe heavy, and end up bruised.
Hm. Maybe I'll bench beforehand then.
I would for your first time.
They asked me what's the problem area. I laughed and said everything. I'll worry about the AC joint first.

Seated Chest Supported Row/Glute-Ham Raise

I had trouble getting tension at set up with the first couple sets. Threw some block in there and worked on locking my knees out hard. Took the blocks off and breezed through 468+80. Took 468+120 for a ride and it stopped right above my ****ing knee for 2 seconds. I ran out of baby powder right before it. Powered through it at least. Only grabbed a few sets on video that I'll throw up later.
Thinking about breaking my 575x3 squat PR on friday. We'll see.

Sean1332 said:Thank you gents!! I need to stop pulling on the Rogue platform. He has plywood underneath the carpet because the floor isn't level. Now it's dented the **** up so I lose balance easily. Plus it's a mild deficit because of it. Oh well. Benching tomorrow AM.
lol sounds highly productive. I lold at your description of all the tools.
Sounds more like you went to an auto body shop. Was this a regular chiro or does he specialize in sports?
Regular chiro who likes athletes apparently.

That's it.What is the graston you're talking about? My Chiro has this banana shaped piece of metal he used to break down adhesions ... Basically it's another form of ART.
Everything looks great Sean. What is the graston you're talking about? My Chiro has this banana shaped piece of metal he used to break down adhesions ... Basically it's another form of ART. Also, started a log in the training section. All are welcome to follow.
Holy chiro. I'm ****ing hooked. Give me more.
Assessment:
-Depressed left scapula, both with anterior tilt. No tears anywhere.
-Me being flat footed is bad. Problems in the left hip because of it. He wants me to wear arch support. He has me bringin all of my lifting shoes in on the 27th.
-Left hip flexors and glutes aren't firing when they should, which explains my delay in sumo lockout with that leg.
-Poor internal/external rotation of everything
He hooked electrodes up and pretty much gave me a seizure. Then he did Gratson technique with metal tool down my left arm and shoulder girdle. I didn't realize the my entire arm was 100% covered in bumpy adhesions. Then he did movement stuff and it hurt/not fired right. Hooked a laser up and **** magically worked. Then he used a hammer drill bit on my entire body and I gained all internal/external rotation of all joints.
That's awesome. Sounds like you found a great chiro, buddy. I'm glad you found a good one right away, as there are many chiros that are not so good. I've been to 2 and they were both flaky and soft, and didn't really act too confident. Needless to say, I stopped going

I think it helped being recommended to him by a 300lb strongman named Big John.
I honestly thought after waiting around, getting my blood pressure checked, blah blah blah, that he was just gonna be like "Well you're messed up, we'll start working on you next week"
