D-Bags in Hawaii!! So I'm in the squat rack (curling) and this chick walks in and sets up at the rack next to me. She's wearing chuck Taylor's (so far it's a good thing). Yoga pants (a$$ is beyond perfect) and a hoodie. She's a perfect 10! Then she sets up some legit weight and squats with perfect form! Who the fück does she think she is!! Showing up like the perfect dream girl giving me a gym shorts boner throwing off my bicep day!! (That parts a joke...still hate those fückers)

She asked if she could work in and of course they said yes, then she said shed warm up and did like 10 reps with their 185 like it was the bar; their jaws were on the floor...

decided to max on my squat today and yet again, dudes fingers never left the bar blahhhhhhhhhhhhh

Does anyone that squats heavy have lower back discomfort when going light? Sounds weird but anything over like 2 1/2 plates I feel fine, with 135 my back sorta bugs me...

You are curving your spine. I was doing it too. Without the compression of heavy weight it hurts but with weight your body stabilizes it.

Its just from carrying around so.much awesome. Once you decide to carry a little less your back decides to remind you there is a reason we have big muscles.
 
makes sense. you think a belt would help with that? I've never worn one. on super sets or light sets my back will give out long before my legs

Yes it will. Try to get your spine straighter. Don't push your chest up and out as hard as you would on heavy sets to ease the lower spine. Obviously sit back on your heals. Not meaning to insult your intelligence I just haven't seen you lift haha. I'm sure you know most of these and proper form.

I wear a belt on very heavy sets and my lightest high rep sets to support my spinal erectors and help them not strain or get over exhausted.
 
Yeah I think it's about that time. I never used one because I didn't want a dependancy on it you know what I mean. The pain only emerged in the last couple weeks, as soon as I started going over 365 or so

So now I was sitting here tired about to pass out even after sleeping for 11 hours the night before, i have crap to do and i forgot i had this sample of dexaprine! I heard how crazy the stim feeling was on 1 cap but i have a pretty high stim tollerance so phcuk it 1 cap, pop it up and didnt feel anything at first.

now im sitting here with a resting heart rate of 80bpm, usually im around 45ish, and im AM STIMMED THE FUWAKKKKK OUT RIGHT NOW. AND SWEATING LIKE AN ANIMAL, JESUS I FEEL LIKE RUNNING A MARATHON, WHO WANTS TO RUN WITH A MARATHON?! ANYONE?!?!11

holy sh1t, im shaking like no other.

moral of the story children, do not take more than half a cap of dexaprine.
