Okay awesome guys. I'll probably take some of my accessory work out and do some cardio so I can keep the calories higher. I'm also trying to do some reverse dieting. I have bad metabolic damage?
Also, do y'all find DB shoulder press is a lift that strength doesn't go up fast? My delts look like boulders (probably because of my low bf but still) and I can only do 65s
