In florida for my baseball spring trip. Woke up at 2am & flight at 6 am..didnt eat anything til about an hour ago. 2 12' philly cheesesteaks double meat wi/ chicken + a pepperoni flatizza. Ended up around 1900 cals 202 prot 231 c & 81 f according to mfp.
 
Picked up some Edys slow churned cause my fats are lower . French silk. Nothing fancy but I can have a lot of it.

Extra mayo for the fries, lol...
2 butterscotch sundaes
And a latte to finish things off...

I got quite the looks from ppl, lol...
I was wearing my gym clothes...

Ha ha, I walked out , n 10 min later I wanted Tim Hortons doughnuts ( chocolate glazed..).....lol..
I normally do it all in one sitting... Once I walk away , I'm done cheating..

Lol... I like maple dip too, but outta 6, I always have to have at least 3 chocolate glazed...
DQ is a nice way to finish things off...
Same thing.. I can have a great cheat with a great dessert, n yet want a lil something extra...
This is where " chef Bob", comes in....
He is saving me in the long run....
I have to start watching my cheat intake, and follow my coaches advice...
With bobs step by step instructions I baked some "goods", n now after a sensible cheat meal I enjoy my protein filled " not so guilty" pleasures...

BBAB is very good, Salted Caramel, Buckeye State all fantastic

Graeters --> New Salted Caramel Brownie was great, Cookies and Cream, Black Raspberry, Buckeye Blitz are must haves.

I'll be in Austin for my most epic cheat yet in about 2 weeks.. I can't really do much here. Very little variety in the little town here in Arkansas i moved to. It took a bit to find Ben n jerries. We don't have second street or graters.

We do however have a chick fila and Applebee's. Pretty much it. So small.

Lol $25 at taco bell for just me... If we're talking real Mexican the closest I've had is Taqueria in Jersey City, I can eat about 5 of there tacos before it becomes uncomfortable lol. I'm sure others on here would kill 10+

Hahah i would imagine. and yeah there have been times at taco bell that i've spent $20+ on a nice cheat meal. but like all good cheat meals, they ruin me the next day. mentally and digestively.
