You're probably not getting enough fluids. When I get sick I have to force myself to keep pounding it down; between the Epi & Nyquil & being dehydrated anyway you need to make h2o your number 1 priority - it will help you feel a tad better & keep flushing your system.Still here & still alive

Missed half of my dose of Trenstane a few days ago, was throwing up alot that day & didn't want to waste them , same with my support supps. I hope this didn't ruin my cycle. My piss is looking pretty dark lately also , probly from the NyQuil or something. No kidney pain or anything like that tho.

Are you using any flavor packets to your water? It helps me. I take a gallon milk jug and put a flavor packet in there and next thing you know I'm filling it up again. I start taking 60mg of each tomorrow.... Not sure if it's needed. Wondering if it's even gonna make a difference. The sleep thing has been on track after the first week. Don't have enough weight to test my full strength but I'm getting stronger & endurance has increased.

No need to bump the dosage if your gaining on 50mg. When you stall either :
A) raise your kcaloric intake by itself and see if the ball gets rolling again or
B) bump the dose AND raise your kcalories.
IMO if you're having to force feed yourself you may want to add an extra cap/scoop of whatever cycle support your using. Liver stress can inhibit hunger :/
