Hey Tyga .. What about bridging this over instead of the halo? Someone gave this to me. I think it's a class 3 tho. Might be to strong ???? I'm just asking. :)

It's just methylstenbolan. 18mg would be ideal. You could bridge it in if you wanted.. Just stay on your supports, watch the color of your piss and the whites of your eyes

I'd bridge the Msten in over the Halo, as the Halo won't have more than 4wks or so & that's not totally optimal, while Msten can be good as low as 3wks.

That military press machine looks like a lot of fun! I dig the tanning machine in the background too btw.

Cuz I'll be using ECA lol fat burners have no place in my dieting.

We use to have that military machine and BP machine! I never used em though...

Does ECA not have any effect on lipolysis? Why couldn't it be stacked with compounds like Green Tea Extract & Yohimbine?
I don't respond well with yohimbine.

Most fatburners these days do boast yohimbine, ever since dmaa got the shaft from the gov. Even though 1,3 was proven no more unsafe than caffeine in human studies :cussing:

I don't know man there was this guy in Western Australia that OD'd on dmaa. That's why it was banned here in Australia way before it was in the states.

Seems like all I wanted to eat today was meats. Got some pretty good vascular pumps as well, blame that on the tren/stane. Here are some exercises I did.

Front lateral raises per arm

Now I feel old!! These are the same machines that where in my high school gym back in the early 90's!!
Man, now I feel old. Those look high tech compared to what we had in high school.

Overdosed is the key word. You take a couple grams of caffeine, you could die. Same for all the stuff you said is banned over there :(

Still here & still alive :)
Finally got some rain here after 127 days of nothing! Been raining for about 4 days straight now, I like it a lot.
So my log was slipping cuz I got the flu a few days ago & have been trying to kill it. Sorry no equipment pics this week I didn't make to that gym.
Missed half of my dose of Trenstane a few days ago, was throwing up alot that day & didn't want to waste them , same with my support supps. I hope this didn't ruin my cycle. My piss is looking pretty dark lately also , probly from the NyQuil or something. No kidney pain or anything like that tho.

No. :-( Had to get tires for my truck instead. Almost $900 when all was said and done. I've never heard my wallet scream so loud.

You're probably not getting enough fluids. When I get sick I have to force myself to keep pounding it down; between the Epi & Nyquil & being dehydrated anyway you need to make h2o your number 1 priority - it will help you feel a tad better & keep flushing your system.

The NyQuil is not helping at all, but you'll be fine. NyQuil alone makes my piss yellow.

Are you using any flavor packets to your water? It helps me. I take a gallon milk jug and put a flavor packet in there and next thing you know I'm filling it up again. I'm at about 2 gallons a day now. I was the same way, trying to get down plain water.

Are you using any flavor packets to your water? It helps me. I take a gallon milk jug and put a flavor packet in there and next thing you know I'm filling it up again. I'm at about 2 gallons a day now. I was the same way, trying to get down plain water.
This.
Using mio's or crystal light has me drinking twice as much no problem I recommend this as well

I'm up 8 pounds looking like I have a little less body fat. Not really feeling very hungry lately so I've been force feeding.
Trying to get that gallon of water in ed.
Can't really say of any sides in a while this stuff is mellow.
I start taking 60mg of each tomorrow.... Not sure if it's needed. Wondering if it's even gonna make a difference. The sleep thing has been on track after the first week. Don't have enough weight to test my full strength but I'm getting stronger & endurance has increased.

No need to bump the dosage if your gaining on 50mg. When you stall either :
A) raise your kcaloric intake by itself and see if the ball gets rolling again or
B) bump the dose AND raise your kcalories.

IMO if you're having to force feed yourself you may want to add an extra cap/scoop of whatever cycle support your using. Liver stress can inhibit hunger :/

Yesterday was the first time I really did a free weight squat with a bar on my shoulders. Hoping to find my place.
that's sounds cool, home made weights..

The squats hurt my knee , bone & tendon not muscle. Still gonna get as much muscle around the knee as possible. Not trying to go heavy mind you.

I can't rep you right now; I've had to thank a lot of ppl in the last 24 hrs lol. But if I could, I would - badass, about the weights & the squatting.
