Douchebags at the gym...

Sort of off topic, but an interesting article.

I did 50 squats with 135 for DTP a couple years ago, and that was f-ing brutal. Had to rest pause a couple times. I think 225 would be ridiculous. The easiest of these is probably the deadlifts, simply because I do sets of 15 at 315 and doing 4 in half an hour is part of my normal leg day, but the others are pretty ridic.

yeah, like they give a sh!t, push up bra...flapjacks...disappointment

We're all a little tuck here, a little stuff there, and walahhhhhh.... PERFECT! :)

Wrong. I'm already perfect. My ego, gear, and mother say so anyways. Lol

Spoken like a real man. I'm trying to surpass perfection. If my ego gets any bigger my body has no choice but to grow just so I can carry it around.

Get it together, bro, lol....
Sh!t I pay good money for my gear to tell me all the things I wanna hear, lol....
;)

I pay women to say all the things I wanna hear.. :) hahaha

So this group, 2 girls and 1 guy were hitting the leg press the other day. I was quite proud to see someone else finally doing legs in my gym. When the guy went to leg press 2 plates on each side ..... This girl was recording him and said ," good job that's going on my Instagram!" Are you ****ing kidding me ....? You go to the gym to post gay weak sh1t like that on instaphuck. Really? I felt like throwing a 45 at their heads.

OT- I have a question, guys and gals. So I started this "desk" job a few months ago and noticed that after lunch, I am full for the rest of the day, even when I get to the gym around 6:30 pm. My meals are prepped and measure, so I'm not eating a huge meal at lunch time, but because I'm no longer up and moving around, it just sits there. I feel like such a couch potato. Any advice?!

Oh no no no no, you're in Hawaii, which you made very clear (my nose is still a little raw from you rubbing it in). No advice from you till you get back......b!tch.

MANotaur would be disappointed....

That is pretty gay actually....but I guess if his legs and dick shrink by letting a newb work in its his problem

By the way my newb broke 100 for the first time on bench on monday- I told him that you have to set bench prs on monday- the international chest day

hahahaha!!!! Jealousy is an ugly disease my friend. I'll try to get over your hurtful comment with a corona on the beach after work.

Since it's been a few months, ur body should've adjusted.. Hmmm.....
Would u consider training before work?
That should kick start the metabolism...
I train before work( 12hr night shift ..)
It energizes me and I'm hungry every 3 hrs...
Everyone is different though.....

I've been killing myself with this 4 x 20 workout this week. Fun times. Was doing arms today and was going to do machine dips but this dreadlocked 100 lb douche was literally on the machine dip machine for the entire hour I was at the gym doing 25s... I ended up doing body weight dips...

Thanks, Mag. I wish I could train before work but the gym doesn't open til 5 am and I have to work early. (I miss my 24hour gym.) With my last position, I was constantly moving, constantly doing stuff, and hungry every 2-3 hours. With this one, I'm stuck at a desk doing paperwork and the food just sits there. :/ I guess I'll start incorporating the yoga class that my job offers. :D

I love 4x20 ( my last set I do burnout(30-50 reps))
U can always slap a couple of 45's on ur lap.....
And dip away my friend, lol.....

Or even do some jump squats, body weight squats, push ups, planks..... And on and on....lol..
Anything, just to get that blood flowing.....
;)

Yeah I usually do em with 88 lb weighted vest; I don't like the feeling of a dip belt too much. I like machine dips for a little different rom as I warm up the workout with pull-ups and dips anyways.

You should create a new thread for this is the nutrition section. But I know it helps for me to take a 10-15 minute walk around the office or outside after lunch. I have a desk job as well and I've had similar problems. Also try eating your lunch slower.

you know how people cut regular shirts into a Y back tank? This dude was rocking one of those with the front cut the same way. Legit. Nipples just straight BEAMING
