Montego an Snagency tag-team with FINAFLEX in the corner

Actually thought about melatonan
Not sure about those but I know several people who have used the MT2 peptides very successfully. One of them is a red head and they actually got pretty darn dark in 2 weeks.

Little thicknesses pic. My lat imbalance has actually evened up some with the unilateral work I've put in.

Nice width!! Arms shoulders back looking beastly!!! Good work!!!
Everyone is a bit uneven, lol, that's when posing comes in again, ha ha....

You looking big bruddah!

Looking wide Montana.

MtII is a good option. Just watch for mole/freckle/birthmark growth or spreading. And use a pin with increments of 1iu, getting the right dose is sooper important...

Good looking wings btw

About to hit the gym wide open!

Leg feels noticeably better today. Much of the swelling is gone finally. Things looking up on that front.

The Phil Heath classic is coming up on the 15th of March in Houston and I'll be going to watch. Hopefully I'll get some good insight while I'm there since its an NPC comp as well.

Yeah. Will be mostly local guys since this is a relatively new show still. Competitors should be similar in caliber to the one I'm doing in July.

Pre-Judging is the main reason I'm going yeah. Most important part of the show like you were saying. Gotta get an idea of what to expect.

Trained arms today. Nothing spectacular. I did hit 305 for eight on close grip bench with nice smooth controlled reps. Had a spotter to help with the lift off.

I noticed today though that getting sufficient depth on close grip bench was tuff.....lats were getting in the way :P

So let me ask this Snags, how many coats do you have them apply? They sold me on 3 and my tan ended up running everywhere once I got under the hot lights. I plan to use Liquid Sun Rayz again but thinking I may go with only 1 or maybe 2 coats. What do you or anyone else suggest? Is one enough to do the trick or do you need at least 2 coats?
I missed this one from couple pages back, sorry

depends on the skill of the applicator, and miscellaneous environmental things going on (ie is it warm, are you sweating a lot, etc etc)
but that said, 2 should be plenty fine, with addtl touch-ups day of in addition
this assumes you have been tanning in a bed to build a base as well - if not, then a lilly white guy may need 3

supper tonight:
Invalid Link Removed
11oz of lean beef, 1/2c each of black beans & brown rice
~650cals

I'm trimming back the cal load a bit, in order to get my spring chisel going on..
out for some insane leanness this yr, road map veinage and the whole ball of wax
every yr I try to outdo the last one

a smallish sneak peak of a calf

So I'll need eight

That's ****ing hilarious!

x2 for me
resuming the attack today, shoulders/tris and some ab work coming up shortly

Supposed to be leg day for this guy :(

Funny story. Last night I was doing my one leg two arm bike cardio at the fitness center. It was kinda late and nobody is ever in the fitness center at this hour so I was in the zone with my ear buds up. I looked up after about ten minutes and this chick was on the treadmill and scared the shyt out of me. Right bike pedal hit me right in the shin. I cursed. Almost fell off on my face. Shook my head and limped home. Didn't feel good on the injured leg at all.

haven't updated one of my training sessions for awhile (this really doesn't interest me, as many of you know), but I figured I'd throw out a current format of what things are looking like in the ever-evolving schematic

shoulders (10 work sets total)
3x8-10 side lateral raises
3x10-12 rear lateral raises
4x6-10 DB shoulder press (single arm)

triceps (10 work sets)
3x6-10 cgbp
3x10-12 tricep pushdown
4x20 dips

abs (6 sets)
2 sets each of 3 different movements

good pace, nice swell

Is this a typical lay out?? Meaning volume??

Is this a typical lay out?? Meaning volume??
pretty much, when I am working multiple muscle groups, yes
volume is being built up gradually in my current progression, as are frequency (due to combined muscle group training)..
currently on 4 day rollover split (2/1/2/1), but am working towards 3-day split eventually (3/1/3 again, same groups being trained on the latter 3 days, but different exercises/rep ranges/weight loads on that side)

My next dog must be this awesome...

I like hitting the shoulders via side and rear raises before pressing too it seems to really crush them well and makes me feel safer when pressing due to less weight being handled.

Glad to hear the leg is doing better Monte and damn 305 on close grips...

As do I. I've honestly LOVED the meadows programming where you lay waste to pecs and then continue to decimate shoulders afterwards. I've noticed slightly better development in the short time I've been following.

definitely
also, helps loosen things up too, not that I have such worry but I know a lot of guys have these shoulder issues..

I always enjoy when you toss in some of your workout detail.
it was with you in mind that I posted that, my brother to the north

back/biceps today...was one of those meh sessions, but I got the work in I needed to and salvaged the day
lots of volume, just never hit my peak in intensity it felt like...I have these days very occasionally
still a pretty nice pump

back (15 working sets)
3x12-15 front cable pulldowns
3x12-15 behind-neck cable pulldowns
3x10 D-grip seated pulley
3x8-10 BB bent rows
3x8-12 DLs

biceps/forearms (15 sets)
3x12-15 standing BB curls
3x8-10 DB alternate curls
3x10-12 DB squeeze curls
3x12-15 BB reverse curls
3x15-20 BB wrist curls

Off day for me.

Today is mine and my wife's anniversary so I treated myself to a sweet potato with my chicken instead of rice. Weeeeee

congrats on the anniversary dude..having me a sweet potato here shortly myself

small(ish) update on the progress..
weight has been fluctuating between 208-210, even with the downturn in cals
I think either the reduction is taking a moment to catch up with me; or, phase II is creating some movement in the hormonal profile ..... I look leaner, more veins apparent, cuts starting to show, yet I am certainly looking bigger and fuller concurrently

good times

I had a couple of those days last week... happy to report this evenings session was not a repeat of that!

Not bad.....I really have to lean into the bar to get the intended resistance and it can put some strain on the lower back , but it feels right in the shoulders and traps.

Btw.

I'm eating oatmeal and egg whites while drinking BCAA/SAA. Hope I don't under utilize my protein.

I was thinking that exact thing about the lower back? would wearing a belt help at all?

- are your knees staggered or side by side?

Belt might help yeah.

Knees are side by side almost shoulder width apart. About two feet behind the bars path of travel so I am leaning forward.

Needed an alternative to the cage press the other day. Dang me for not thinking of that.
