Yeah, recovery can take a while. After my wife's surgery she was given 2 months before she had to pass a PT test for the Army. She had to request another month because she wasn't quite there yet. When she did finally take the test she was sore for a whole week after.

Hahaha that's awesome bro. My buddy put his in a prenup and she had to give em back to him or pay for em. She cheated and ended paying him to keep em. I wish he had gotten them back and put em on a shelf or something like a trophy ha
 
Ok dbag moment!!! I get to the gym 10 minutes ago and there is this HUGE jacked up F150 old style square body truck. Its on 38in tires, light bars, massive bumpers.. the works. Its LIME GREEN and has a matching Kawasaki 125 dirtbike in the back. I am like "hmm that's a small bike for an adult". I look.at the license plate it says "HULKKK". I WAS LAUGHING MY ASS OFF. Then this tiny little 150lb guy maybe 5' 6" CLIMBS down out of it. I literally almost pissed myself.

The truck was the HULKKK not the driver. What sticks out to me is the KKK. Was the dude bald, all tatted up, wearing a wife beater and blasting Ramstein on the radio?

Woot!! I'm a huge centopani fan. I like wolf too. He has really come along way and fixed weak points very well. I was happy for him at the olympia

Cedric brought a great package! He has been a shot in the dark after last year. He would be spot on then off again. I really hope he makes some minor adjustments and comes into the olympia like he did for the arnold. I always liked his physique and he has soooo much raw potential in his symmetry and how his muscles just look. I think he could be a top 5 guy for sure in the O but it is early.

Does anyone use their george foreman regularly for meat? Every now and then I forget how bad it comes out and give it another go. Just "grilled" the worlds dryest chicken...

Its great! I hate how fish makes my kitchen smell so I use the GF grill outside and problem solved. I stole the idea from Jay Cutlers video lol

Fish is good, so is beef, and pork. The best way to use the foreman is to make sure the meat is cut thin. This way you are able to cut the cooking time and keep it from drying out.

I use the foreman for fruit more than anything lol. apples with brown sugar, or some pineapple, good AF!

If I was gonna go outside I would just use a real grill lol. Once it's warm this thing is m.i.a. until next winter...

Toolbag at the gym today was doing lat pulldowns with 240 with maybe 8" rom. The bar was MAYBE 16" above his head at the lowest. I asked if I could work in, loaded the entire stack, and punched out 8 reps to my chest and told him to work on his ROM.

Some other dude took his shirt off to attempt a 2 plate deadlift, gym staff came over and told him to put it back on, lol
