I love oriental food. Meat/noodles/rice. No bullshït.
 
I feel like there should be an Asian recipe thread.

I found a Schezuan seasoning shaker today. I dumped it on my lb of ground beef as my last carb free me of the day and ate it straight. It was pretty good.
 
Every time I buy an Asian sauce at the store it tastes like ****...but I love Chinese/Japanese restaurants. And how the hell do they make their chicken so good!? I can't stand my chicken.

Dude!!! Same ****ing here!!! The chicken lettuce wrap sauce I got is good, it comes in squeezable pouch thing. Everything else though, sucks! You've got to make your own, it's actually really easy, and tastes so much better.

I found one sesame garlic sauce that I liked, but the base doesnt sell it, and I can't find it at Stop n Shop anymore.
 
I tried asking a former employer once, this Chinese gentleman, and he told me it was ancient Chinese secret lol. Apparently he used a variety of different sauces together with seasoning

1 tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup cold water
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
3 tbsp light down sugar
2 tsp fresh, grated, peeled, ginger

Thats a General Tsaos sauce I made. It was pretty good.

And just left the store. I'll be eating a pound of 85/15 beef and for a prewo meal....and for dinner: chicken lettuce wraps, **** load of Chinese noodles, maybe some pop tarts....and frozen Greek yogurt

What kind of pop tarts did you have? F'n love cherry frosted. Could eat a whole box!

I'm trying to limit my fat intake when I carb backload since I've had nothing but fat and protein during the day. I found some low fat strawberry ones that were pretty damn good.

So I ended today around 3500 calories. 350-375g of carbs with the assistance of 3 Recompadrol. Up until 6pm, I had a total of 8g of carbs. 250g of protein, 110ish g of fat. Purple Wraath pre/intra workout along with Purple PsyKO intra workout.

I dragged zero ass during the day. Let's see if it's the same tomorrow.
 
i don't think i've had a pepsi in 20 yrs

there was a time where jack and coke was appropriate, but that was a long time ago too...
 
I got a sick deal on diet dr. Bob soda. If I color over the container...I can't even tell it isn't dr pepper

i'm just saying dude, aspartame and shyt like that are big red flags in my diet.

if it didn't have parents, grow in the ground or in a tree, i pretty much don't eat it...

IMO, no. It should all be started by squeezing your ass, which will create external rotation, which will keep you from collapsing the knees.

Definitely doesn't just apply to wide stance. It's one of the reasons I hurt my back several months ago. I was in the bad habit of relaxing my butt in the hole and initiating my ascent with my back and quads. Keep your butt and lower back tight all the way through and initiate out of the hole with your glutes creating the torque Sean mentioned (sorry if this doesn't completely apply to the vid. I didn't watch it first.).

And RC work. 3x10 each of band internal/external rotations.

Shoulder: Mobilizing the first rib has made a big difference. I've found a test/retest for it. Do a few forearm wall slides. Then mobilize the first rib and forearm wall slide again. Massive difference. I'm still mashing both pecs and scapulas at least twice a day for no more than a minute. I notice on my left delt, the shoulder with the AC prob, has a tender bump I can feel if I mash it. I'll post a pic later. Regardless, lifting is pain free. I just have to constantly focus on scap retraction.

And diet: Zero issues with strength, energy or endurance, despite it being noon and only having 50g of protein in me. I also figure I'd wake up bloated but I haven't. I took 1000mg of Agmatine pre-bed. I'm not sure if that helped or not.
