Dave's Newest bulk into cut for show. AAS, SLIN and GH

Many things to say..,

1- don't talk **** about the military, my cousin who I grew up with served 6 years as a marine, 4 tours was blown up twice. They didn't honor his contract and send him to school after 6 active years so he signed with the army and now he is an officer. In the army. He did all this while I sat on my ass growing weed and ****jng off. He is one of my heros.

2- Dave ur looking solid , that Anavar is going to add that extra touch run it all as high as u can. Ur killing it. However ur calves, it's ether ur posing or u need to get more definition. Hamstrings are going to be what get u first place.

3- u finally made me puke. Back last night the first time it hit I made it to the bathroom was able to fight if back down. That was 10mins into the workout. 50mins in I made a bee line out side and popped like a water balloon. My hats off to u I never puke, I love food too much.

4- I always drag the dead hookers by there leg. I have too many roids in my bag to fit non essentials.

5- bro this is go time, remember what u want most in the world and recognize what u want right now. When those align ur trudging the road of happiness

I love your rants. I am happy he made it out safe man. I got A LOT of fuked up buddies. The Corps getting better about taking care of guys who get out now. After all the scrutiny from media and congressman sh*t is changing and sometimes not the better.

What pose for my calves are you talking about? My roommate who took the pics is a tall fuk so that distorts pics a bit. Some poses they aren't supposed to be full flexed. My coach feels their width and proportion is coming along nicely to match my arm development but I agree more definition wouldn't hurt. I will get some close ups of them for you. I receive compliments from ither bodybuilders on them in person so they can't be that far behind lol. Just for you I am hitting a few exrtra sets tonight lol

I actually started increasing my tanning today. I tanned enough to get rid of tan lines and now its on. I am actually pretty tan but my posing room I take pictures in is bright as fuk!
 
Probably just the angle of the photo. But I've seen more separation in ur calves before. That's literally the only thing I could criticize. I feel confident in u ranking 1st.

Thanks bruh! I feel good about my April show. June might be tough, its usually a deep class Jr Light Heavy but we will see. I just wanna go toe to toe with my equals but I'm not gunna pass the chance in April to ruin people in Novice lol

Can you maybe explain the different classes a little? I've read about them on the NPC site some, but it just seems confusing to me. I know there's like Jr and Novice but I don't know the hierarchy of everything.

Depending on the size of tge show determines how many different divisions. Your first year ever in the NPC you can compete in your first show as NOVICE. That is the only time you can regardless if you win or lose.

The next step up is Men's Junior Bodybuilding. The amount of classes is determined by the show.

Next up is Open Class. Usually 6 classes from Bantam Weight to Super Heavies.

I forget the required placements to qualify for nationals and stuff. I have a VERY basic understanding and will be the first to admit I pretty much don't know sh*t about shows lol. I know my routine and that I will do anything to win.
 
If you are interested I have some pretty disgusting plateu breaking tactics that worked well for my natty buddies. Just an idea. I could throw up a few of the workouts he followed. It ruined his body for a few weeks but after that he started gaining again and bumped another 10lbs easily.

You look at their arms and they might be fourteen inches.
I'm over here with 17-18" arms curling 25-30lb dbs.

I'm not trying to say using more weight won't result i'm bigger arms, i'm just saying it's not as important as actually targeting and using the muscle (bicep specifically)

Everyone is different. Brian Dobson has said before that he always did heavy cheater curls and built 18" arms doing them, and so do many others who work out at Metroflex Arlington now.

i have 19" arms and can do 7-8 clean reps with the 70lbs db. As my arms have grown in size they have grown in strength. I don't usually go for anything less than 8 reps for biceps tho

What are you talking about? I eat 7-8 meals/day; I'd eat even more if I wasn't trying to hold or drop bf atm. I often eat TOO much protein, & eat more often than 2hrs apart. I'm a goddamn woodmulcher.

194.2 today. My bro and I started using a coach 3 weeks ago on a journey for the May Europa in Dallas for physique. I usually cruise trt 100 but coach wanted me up to 500 within a couple of weeks so 500 tomorrow. I'm down from 204 3 weeks ago.
