Got told today by an Officer to be nicer to his marines because I intimidate them. I told him to get some real marines that have a pair of nuts because I'm not changing for anyone's "feelings". Wtf?

Subbed...I've never known a Marine to be intimidated. This is what are militaries are coming too a bunch of pussies. I'm in the Army reserves, officer type but prior active enlisted. Good job on standing your ground, there your marines.

A lot of people have tried to get me to do shows for the same reasons, I have wheels to match the upper half, I just haven't wanted to do it because I'm the type of guy that won't ****ing lose. It would consume my life and I would become a freak. Plus like I told you before I want kids sooner than later. Maybe after the kids I'll hulk up. Until then I can vicariously though your journey. Your journey is worth following IMO, not many are.

That's my thing bro. It is literally consuming my life haha. I eat, sleep and lift. Literally that's it. Was talking to this girl a few days ago and she asked what I do for fun. I literally drew a blank... lift? Eat? Relax at my house? She couldn't wrap her head around it. But she slept with me so whatever but I realized I prolly seem weird to most people. Hope you keep following along man. Its gunna get wild through these shows and over the summer.
 
DD that side tricep looks sick to me man, your tri looks massive, only thing I can think of is your obliques and serratus area could use a little more shreddage but that will come in the weeks closer to the contest I'm sure. Or maybe you just weren't positioned right to flex them.

That's what I meant by a little wack. I didn't crunch to the side to flex them. My waist is still full right now on 3600 calories but will start shrinking fast at 6 weeks out. I can feel and see fat loss just in this last week so with var coming in and cardio coming strong it will fly off.

Haha I know what you mean dude. Ive kind of fallen off the wagon here lately but when I was super dedicated in the past you wouldn't believe some of the comments I would get. Especially at work and sh1t when everyone else was pounding cookies and doughnuts and stuff and I was just sitting in the corner with my chicken/fish and rice lol.

For sure man I know what you mean. I like it tho. Its a blast to me and I enjoy every moment from lifting to foid prep (cardio sucks). When someone asks what I'm doing on the weekend.. "legs friday and back saturday with cardio and food prep sunday". They look at me funny. That's it? I'm like fuk yeah that's a good weekend!

Lol hell yeah man I feel ya here, I do 2 on 1 off rotation for my lifting so I always go at least one day of the weekend I get this same sh*t all the time.

Update: So my calories got cut way the fuk down. I'm gunna be hurting lol. I'm down another 400. My poor little ass can't live on 3200 calories!!

That sounds pretty beast but then again I never really try to do max weight on DB curls, always for 8-12 reps.

what are these "gains" you speak of?? I eat like a horse and lift as heavy as my lil arse can....annnnnd, I stay 165/170. I'm thinking I've ran into a genetic holt, as I'm about 35lbs larger than my father & uncles....SHÍT!!!

If you are interested I have some pretty disgusting plateu breaking tactics that worked well for my natty buddies. Just an idea. I could throw up a few of the workouts he followed. It ruined his body for a few weeks but after that he started gaining again and bumped another 10lbs easily.

We had one of the mechanics from another hangar working with me last wk, & last friday he asked me what I do for fun on weekends? I replied, "Well, tonight's max effort deads with some backwork, & thinking some shoulders & tris saturday. I'll prob go out for dinner with the lady & I'll get some cooking & cleaning done" lol

At work I'm the guy "with 6 chickens" for lunch everyday; my boss sees all the tupperware all the time & still every time he sees me eating he's like, "Goddamn son!". When our 55 gal drums of chems run out, who has to change them? The only guy that can lol... It kind of dominates every aspect of your life, but I've come to really enjoy it, ultimately. Nothing is easy about it, but I kind of enjoy eating all the time & such, whether or not I want to atm.

I hear you on the eating. My boss always says if he wants to find me the first place he looks is the microwave area. I'm also the only person who will bring a cooler full of food and bars to a long meeting or customer site ha. I used to care that people thought it was odd but now I revel in it. I enjoy being the "go to guy" when someone wants to get active or eat better. Everyone knows I'm into it and it makes them less shy about it. My one good deed for my life ha
 
Many things to say..,

1- don't talk **** about the military, my cousin who I grew up with served 6 years as a marine, 4 tours was blown up twice. They didn't honor his contract and send him to school after 6 active years so he signed with the army and now he is an officer. In the army. He did all this while I sat on my ass growing weed and ****jng off. He is one of my heros.

2- Dave ur looking solid , that Anavar is going to add that extra touch run it all as high as u can. Ur killing it. However ur calves, it's ether ur posing or u need to get more definition. Hamstrings are going to be what get u first place.

3- u finally made me puke. Back last night the first time it hit I made it to the bathroom was able to fight if back down. That was 10mins into the workout. 50mins in I made a bee line out side and popped like a water balloon. My hats off to u I never puke, I love food too much.

4- I always drag the dead hookers by there leg. I have too many roids in my bag to fit non essentials.

5- bro this is go time, remember what u want most in the world and recognize what u want right now. When those align ur trudging the road of happiness
