I can confirm this. Unless you want to feel like puking for awhile, y and a good dose of tyrosine is a bad mix.

Ya I love my Select as well.

I really like how some of the ingredients in Norcodrene seem to benefit my workouts...the Amentoflavone in particular is quite an interesting ingredient.
