Bigger Pecs & Better Sex from Brawn & Halo X

Hey guys what is y'all's consensus on ostarine in PCT?
6-12mg if it's the IML branded. Or another properly measured capsule. I don't trust rc sites. Don't want to find an overdosed rc osta and take more than anticipated. Makes sense right?

Perfect. I didn't know they had an osta product. Like I said I wouldn't go super high like 10 mg would be perfect. I wouldn't risk shut down. I think caz and tyga may push it a lil harder but I wouldn't recommend till you know how you react. If you got the money before you run AAS get blood work. Take 10mgs osta for 2 weeks, get bloods. 20mgs. Get bloods. See how your Fsh and LH react. If you see a dip at 10 don't run it. That's really the only way to know for sure. Like the supplement "erase" I've never seen any supporting evidence.... If I had the spare change I'd no **** find a blood test for you but unemployment isn't very lucrative :-/ lmao.

This^^^ and FYI a 8 week run at 30mg is very nice.. ;)
 
I used it at the tail end of Clomid last PCT - I run 100mg Clomid for first 3 days, then 50mg/day til the RC bottle runs out (often around day 24-26). With the company I'm using, this has been a very good setup for me. Starting day 21 (my balls had been full for over 2wks) I introduced IML's Osta RX for the full 20mg (3 caps) spread thru the day & noticed no noticeable shutdown over the month. Celtic's Ostabol is 90 10mg caps so you could run it for 10mg for the initial a month then 20mg for the next month to reap more benefit. But like the others said, I wouldn't use more than 10-12 in PCT, & understand even that might slightly slow recovery. But I waited til I was obviously recovered to introduce it, & had no downsides.
 
Btw, Methyldrene 25 seems very mild; I'm almost disappointed with the lack of turmoil. I've only used 1 cap each morning, but could certainly do a 2nd before lunch & will try that nxt wk. There's no pronounced coming on, I just have more clean energy that shows up a bit sooner than I'd otherwise feel "awake" at work in the morning. Appetite isn't suppressed noticeably, but I do sweat a bit more/am warmer, & I feel like I'm actually getting hungrier (jacked up metabolic rate perhaps?).

This chick at work swears by Hellfire, but that's supposed to run 150mg of Ephedra. That sounds straight up terrible for you. She's like oh you'll sweat your ass off & it's like doing a rail of coke - but A. I've never done coke & B. that doesn't really sound remotely healthy. I know the local supp shop sells a lot of it, but that does't mean it's a good thing lol

Nope, but I'd like to at some point. I wouldn't say methyldrene is a bad choice at all, just not the appetite crushing I'd kind of hoped for. It def increases expenditure; I get extra hungry on the exact same meals on it.

Lol she's 25 w/ a 4-yr-old son. She's got dyed blonde hair & walks around cleaning our floors in Ugg boots & skintight jeans w/ no undies. She's about 5'7" @ 150 w/ abs & competes in physique shows around here. I call her 'Princess'. She loves my ****, but she knows I've got a serious gf. A lot of guys give me crap about all my meals & lifting & make muscle jokes, but they always get jelly when she's always giving me the attention lol.

Ate a lot of crap last few days, & it's gf's dad's 65th bday tmrw so got Mexican coming tmrw night too :pat:

This certainly isn't going well cutting-wise, but as a recomp I'd say it's spot-on. Weight is more or less identical to beginning but I look bigger & athletic performance is def increasing. Guy at work asked me friday if I was cutting again - I said, Yeah, why? He pointed to my traps & said whenever I'm cutting my shoulders (traps) start looking like Bane from Batman lol. Guess I have to say I'm cutting now every time I go on cycle, but apparently people are noticing, for better or worse.

I just wanna say that I feel awesome on this Halo/Epi stack currently. I mean, my knees have been having a lot of pain lately, & Idk if that's from squatting deeper or Epi or both, but otherwise everything is side-free. Energy has been decent, blood pressure decent, no back pumps, very minor calf pumping/twitching at times randomly but not bad, really that's it. Just super-tolerable & all-goodness.

For anybody never trying halo/epi together, it seems like a very mild stack guaranteed to increase gym performance & aesthetic appeal.

Def have to give it a try then; that's what I want more than anything from a fatburner - lasting appetite suppression. If you can get that from it, & maybe a little energy, the right diet will take care of the rest. People want the results to come from the pill, but they don't realize a "fatburner" is really just a tool to get the job done more efficiently. An impact wrench doesn't change your tires for you, it lets you get that sh!t done sooner tho!

Truly; I think strength is already back on the rise - it's getting easier & easier to get under that loaded barbell in the squatrack. Intensity was up within a wk on Brawn & Halo X - I love going into the weightroom & no matter how tired I am or worn out from the day or whatever was on my mind, it's like I can just go animal-mode & start tearing it up. I don't rest longer than I really need right now because I don't want to be resting when I'm in the gym lol

That 215lb PR on Highpulls was done within like 90 seconds of the 205 pull, which was actually a double cuz the first rep was just shy of my nipple-line so I pulled again. Yeah buddy!

Day 17

Weight 209.0lbs (-1.2lbs from start)

Dropped off some of that water from Fri & Saturday's junk food. Overtime just got turned on at work for the plane I'm on, so I had to work late tonight & then we had the bday party, so no training :( I'll be trying to go in early all this wk so I can get home about normal time & not mess with training. I hate overtime - even with the xtra cash, it really f's with my sleep & meals. I hate being hungry & exhausted, & long days at work mean both. Hopefully just for a wk so no worries.

Tomorrow is probably speed squat, calves, & bi's I'm thinking. Hopefully benching & shoulders the next day.

I will second this post. I ran PX black and Fat Smack nearly back to back. Both are outstanding products for appetite suppression and offer good clean energy. I'm not sure if Fat Smack had to be reformulated or not though (if I'm not mistaken it contained 1,3).

Well then that's useless - I already know DMAA works great for appetite suppression for me; I was just trying to find a non-DMAA ingredient to cycle in place of it since I build a tolerance to DMAA so stupid fast. Hunger suppression keeps working but the energy starts fading faster & faster & before you know it I'm taking another dose just to get thru the crash. I'm not taking stupid big amounts, but I have to drop DMAA off within 2 wks of use due to dimishing results.

Appreciate the input all you brohemoths!

PX Black is a kick ass supp in its own right. That's the first FF supp I ever tried. Much like FS, I forgot to eat. Good clean energy that lasts most of the day. Never had issues sleeping and never crashed.

Skipped calves because I realized I really don't intend to stay with them - they're big enough & my legwork indirectly keeps them big enough that I'm not concerned with them. I'd rather prioritize other things than try to routinely incorporate them for now.

Decided to save pics for the end of Halo, about a wk from now, but rest assured - the mirror is yielding some decidedly positive changes despite virtually stagnant bodyweight!

I honestly hated the PX Black samples I've tried - I felt them, but I hated how I feel. I don't tolerate most yohimbe supps well though; the ones I do are few and far between. The only FF supp I've ever disliked honestly, & I've used most of the current lineup. FF makes some quality-ass stuff.

Pretty sure I fk'd up my metabolism on my last cut. I'm on the 8th days of msten/mecha and up from 155-160 only eating 2200-2300 calories.

Now I kinda don't want to up my calories any more...

I cut down to 155 at 7%bf before this cycle. Cutting at 1800 cals and a ton of stimulants. I hope this cycle will help it recover quicker.

I think I killed my metabolism years ago from constant dieting.. I need to hire a coach to get me back on track..

Day 20

Morn Weight 207.8lbs (-2.4lbs from start)

Only 3 more days of Halo X - then, my official review of Ironflex's products (spoiler alert: they're legit as ever). Took last serving of my bottle of Brawn today, but no fear - popped a fresh bottle of Brawn from the warchest for tomorrow: Epi is going all the way thru competition with me!

Been taking 2 caps/day of Lean Cut from the get-go, & found I have 3 caps left somehow. Since there's 3 days left of Halo @ 75mg I'm just going to run 1/morning & start running Max Bulk at 3/morning (basically TRT dose) as lethargy mid morning has been pretty terrible this wk. I'm not necessarily chalking that up to the hormones, as I've been sleep-deprived & over-stressed getting up early every day to work overtime & then go train/cook/clean in the evenings. Meals have been solid, training has been great, & progress has been consistent tho, so none of the important stuff has suffered.

When Halo is done I'm bumping Max Bulk to 6 caps/day - decided to use Max Bulk (4dhea/19dhea) over Bulk Up (4dhea) + Phorce (DMZ & M-LMG) as it will offer the same or better joint support, higher artificial test levels (thus better libido & energy), be 3 vs 4 compounds in the mix, require less gyno attention, easier on organs or let me run more Epistane, & gives me the option to drop methyls after competition & continue cycle non-methyl @ 9 caps/day for a longer, safer cycle. Just trying to recomp, so growing isn't as relevant as staying anabolic really & preserving lean mass.

Off-night. Getting some rest, sleep, & tomorrow night is gonna be my final Deadlift attempt for competition Lots of carbs tomorrow for sure. I'm thinking 545, but will play it by ear. Either way, God willing I'll be pulling over 5-hundo tmrw night. I'm nervous because I really haven't been deadlifting at all recently, but I need to do this now to give my CNS a few wks to be ready before the meet. Squats have been going back up, so I don't see why deadlift should falter any.

Too many people wanna talk to me at the health club. It can be tough to get my intensity right. Sometimes I drive further to the hardcore dirty gym a couple towns over just to get away from everyone. It takes an extra 15-20 min of travel roundtrip, but I make that back up not having to talk to anyone so I'll be going there tomorrow to make some noise!

Lol they sound great on paper - Matt Porter loves that ish. Waxy maize post-WO I can afford now, but glycofuse, glycoject & all that I'll be waiting til I get in stock so I can buy them at my wholesale prices :sgrin:

ALRI's Humapro is a pretty quality product; I used it once when I went to PCT after a bulk to drop some cals effortlessly out of my diet. Seemed like it worked well. I'd like to play with their Chain'd Reaction rice syrup solids & MCTs from coconut oil pre/intra & see how I respond.
