PH's and Gilberts Syndrome

Hey guys, i have a quick question. Hoping someone can answer. I hurt my liver about 2 years ago by taking what was supposed to be a safe PH, Katanadrol 2.0. I dosed it all the way up to 400 mg for the last week of a 6 week cycle. Anyways i jaundiced out and hurt my liver something fierce. Found out i had giberts syndrome through a liver biopsy. Took me 8 months to get back all the muscle i lost and to lose all the fat i gained. What im wondering is is this because of my naturally high bilirubin count because of my gilberts syndrome? Or was this just a freak thing that happened? Or did i just dose it too high? I followed a lot of peoples advice on the steroid forums. Is there a PH i could take that would just help me cut fat very slowly and that would be safe for someone like me? Any thoughts would be helpful. Im about 9-11% BF right now and i eat really well. Im just looking to go down a little BF. Maybe 2-3%. Thanks. -Sky

Very hard to say and honestly i know very little about that but id stay safe if you run anything look at only non methyl like 11oxo,5alpha test,4ad i wouldn't even risk 1ad to be honest.

You gotta be kidding me.....C ' Mon with this troll nonsense

Thanks for the replies Harbonah and Johnnybeegood... Av6258 Why are you calling me a troll bro? Because I ended up in the hospital on NYE after taking a non-methylated PH for 6 weeks? Cuz if you don't believe me I will link where I went through it and asked for help on how to get my liver better. Or is it because I'm talking about my Gilbert's syndrome, which you obviously know nothing about. Maybe you should just keep your negativity to yourself.

There isn't much data on this; there's a few posts on other forums; it sounds like you should use lower dosing than ppl without the ugt mutation and Injectables may be safer for you but at least a few ppl said they did low dose cycles with no real ill effects

If a non methlyated PH which is considered light on the liver caused jaundice, and you were diagnosed with a liver disorder, why would you consider doing another PH and possibly put youself through that ordeal again?? You only have one life bud stick to the basics such as creatine, protein, and preworkouts if you want a slight edge in the weight room as no amount of muscle is worth your life

Don't **** with PHs with gilberts, even if not 17-alkylated. Gilberts triggers are also neuroendocrine and stress related, and a PH spells bad news from all angles

Hey, I just want to say thank you to all the people who left me thoughtful comments. Appreciate the help. I have decided not to take them as of yet. Unless I find someone who has Gilbert's syndrome and has figured out how to safely do so. And 907genetics what I wonder about is if I would've just stayed at 250 instead of going up to 400mg if my liver would've been fine.

GS patients are notorious for getting a light jaundice during times of stress (exam weeks, job loss, etc). Given how vulnerable you are, using anything of the nature found in this forum subsection is a bad idea. Wisen up, it's your health
