Test only cycle- whats the best apporoach?

Not sure if this is the right section for this-
3rd cycle.
Going to run test cyp 600mg/wk w .5adex for 14weeks. PCT will just be clomid and unleashed
I work in the oilfield. My job isn't hard labor but I'm stuck on site for 16hrs. Then with drive hm and shower I can only get about 5hrs of sleep if I'm lucky(no gym time).
My schedule will b 6 days working 3 off.
I plan on working out on 6 night and the 3 days off so it would put me on 4 days working 5 days rest.
I absolutely want to get bk "on" so I know my gains won't be great w this but it is my job and what I hv to deal with.
How would y'all workout? 2 a days on my days off from work? Thanks for any split advice and any anabolics advice although I'm not wanting to through more compounds in unless it's a must.
30years old, 5'11" 257lbs, 20-22%bf
 
What are you trying to accomplish? If you're after strength, Wendler's 5/3/1 has a 2 day/week template that works very well. It'll test your conditioning but with the testosterone recovery shouldn't be an issue.
 
I'm not trying to get strong- just put on muscle for aesthetic reasons. I'm comming bk from a 7 month layoff from the gym and want to get bk where I was. I plan in training natural for a couple months to adjust to my schedule & then get "on"
 
If aesthetics is the goal I'd do a push day, pull day, legs day and a day to pick up areas left out. Something like Day 1: chest, shoulders, triceps Day 2: quads, hamstrings Day 3: back, biceps, forearms Day 4: abs, calves, cardio If you think your workout on the 6th night will be more light due to being drained from a long day then start with the "abs, calves, cardio" day as day 1. If u want to accelerate the fat loss and do two a days you could always go again and do 30-60min of cardio on your off days. You obviously need to destroy yourself on these gym days.

It's glorious. I go through a box every couple of weeks. Add a little almond butter & go.

I used to use dry cut oats in my shakes, usually a cup, but over the last 6 months or so I think I've started to develop a gluten intolerance? Sounds weird I know, but any night I slam a lot of gluten I wake up exploding around 6:30 in the morning, lol. So I'm literally about to drive to the grocery store to buy this. Thanks man.
 
Ok so thanks for the help fellas. It will be hard to get the workouts in hard but I'm hoping the test will give me the edge I need. Any orals ?
 
Why bother with more gear if he can't train more to take real advantage of it? I guess more accurately I should say I wouldn't waste my time fronting with anything to produce more quick muscle. He would only get in 4-5 rotations of his lifting schedule in that time. If anything I might add 200mg of tren enanthate to the mix.

Yes I obv know that, and If he did want to front I'd go prop over dbol, and Tbol over both, but my opinion is to use the least amount of gear needed to meet his goals. And if he can only workout 2/5 of the week I wouldn't bother doing more gear.

ive never gone over 200mg a week and have phenomenal results, I'm a fan of less is more. You're gains should come from training, diet and rest, the gear only helps. I've ran close to this stack (200mg less test) and I always do the .5mg arimidex with it. It works amazingly well.
 
Should I throw in some caber? I ran deca @ 300mg no prob w prolactin sides so I figure less tren wouldn't hurt me at all? Anyway I want to look swoll and do the best workout/ recovery within the days I can lift. Planning on the 2 a days

I like that dose because caber isn't needed. I added 300mg deca to that stack once and got some prolactin sides, but with only the 200mg of tren e u should be fine.

on that low of a dose I don't get sides, like night sweats, insomnia, hair loss or a host of other possible negs with the tren, I notice I get a lot of the positive benefits though. I always use hcg personally, I'm a big fan of running as good of a post as possible, that's how u keep what you worked hard for.
