Short and sweet today. I woke up not feeling too hot but decided to get a quick sweat session in.
Do u notice a difference in abs when dedicating a day for core work? I never do ab work but I'm young and my metabolism is still high. I have abs when I'm bulking lol

I notice a bit more in the separation between the abs and their overall size but abs are 90% diet

Sweat was still solid today but I am starting to cramp a lot easier now and its pissing me off I need to go get some taruine or maybe get some BCAAs in me while I work out. Every day is looking better in the mirror though. I went back and looked at that pic that I posted a couple of days ago and It doesnt look nearly as good as it does in person. :frustrate

the selection of bcaa's has grown a lot over the last few years, some good stuff to chose from.

Nice work man! I'm doing the high volume thing myself right now. I'm a fan of sippin aminos intra seems to me like it helps anyway.

Had a solid leg day today. I will update later on the particulars. My weight this morning was 199 yea buddy!!!!
30 cals??? this isn't enough to even worry about,
imo.....it definately wouldn't be enough to deter me from using bcaa's, the benifit ratio far exceeds 30 cals, at least for me.
