It's supposed to get down to -26 with windchill tonight. Man I love winter lol. Had some stiffness in my right knee this morning, it's not as bad as it was but still kinda annoying. The rest of my joints are golden. Trained back this morning. Put my pull-up bar the best I could. It's one that mounts to the frame but living in a trailer the frames are too close to the ceiling so I just looped it over the door. Held up today so may keep doing it that way. Pull-ups 10x2 Lat Pulls (8 sec rests) 4x15 High Rows (8 second rests) 4x12 Face Pulls 5x12 Standing Bent Over Db Rows (arms simultaneous) 70x10x3 Facedown Incline Front Raises 20x15x6
Those dual DB rows with 70's is badass!

Thanks bro! So what do you do? My only concern with how I had it today is possibly pulling the door off.?

Almost all our interior doors have a wall close by or the trim on the door makes it slip if you aren't careful. I just try to be careful or go to the gym. When I do start putting a gym in my garage I'll just put an iron pipe in the ceiling.

Too cold to go to the gym today so decided to train chest at home. Feeling pretty good today although my right elbow started hurting slightly while doing inclines.

What weight do you do on the jabs? Those get to be BRUTAL!

I love doing endurance stuff like that to cap a session off. I did a set of 100 db curls after arm day yesterday, by rep 80 15lbs felt more like 150lbs lol
 
I used to do weighted jabs when I did P90X. Killed my shoulders and traps. I need to start doing those again too.

love that volume! similar volume to my routine. I usually do 7x15 inline press, 5x12 flat press, 5x15 incline flys then my burnout will me AMRAP incline flys with 15lbs dropping the bench angle with each failure or incline BB press with 55lbs same deal dropping the bench angle with each failure. Tons of volume, killer pump, great workout

I might have to use some of yours! I'm really digging the high reps, my decline today was insane my chest was HUGE!!!

You know the 70x20 wasn't near as tough as when I was coming back down and was on reps 15-20 at 40lbs, my chest was really fatigued by then.

I don't focus on lower chest enough myself. Thinking about taking a couple of chest days and strictly doing work to target that area.

I love it when he talks dirty ;)
