That looks like more than an ounce of avocado. I love avocado. I would eat them like apples if I thought I wouldn't get fat.
 
Have you seen the Florida avocados? They're about 5 times the size of a normal avocado and they're supposedly a lower fat version. I've heard they taste kinda watered down.

Yeah I seen them. Not 5 times from what I've seen. Prolly 3 though. Never had them. Gonna do some googling though. Dunno if I'd trade the fat for the flavor. That's the most important part

That's the only taste test I found. But most stuff says bout 50% less fat on avg with the Florida ones. Might have to take them for a spin to see
 
go straight keto can eat all kinds of avocado, till your heart's content bye bye carbs tho.....
You know, I've considered it. There aren't many carbs other than the occasional rice (with sashimi) and or occasional noodles that I really care for anymore.

Haas is the only kind I've ate as well but after looking last night there's several types I've never heard of
 
Pouring snow. Already 6 inches. By the time I got my car brushed off and started the path i shoveled to get there was covered. I'll take snow over rain though. Brrrrr

is interesting format....true keto guidelines are really not easy to follow imo, but there are ppl who swear by this method of eating/fat-loss
the version of keto I run personally and advise for my clients in certain timeframes, is really a hybrid version and not true keto, by the letter of definition

Well got breakfast downed which was nothing fancy. Hb eggs , fat free cottage cheese , and a grapefruit. Pre planning lunch now. Been craving pasta really bad but it's a difficult fit got me right now so I'm gonna try this setup and see how it goes

It turned out to be a lil more taxing than I expected to be honest. All I gotta say is f$&k weighted lunges lol. Wish I had just done that from the start instead of fighting the snow and stupidity of that to go to a closed gym.

Nope. 2 4 oz servings of noodles and 1/2 cup beans. The noodles are kelp noodles. Practically no cals no fats or carbs. No pro either. But together it tastes good

I've never heard of Kelp noodles. Are they sold at normal grocery stores?
 
I never heard of them either. I picked mine up at an all natural food store. Taste and texture is very unique.

I saw Spinach Noodles the other day and they looked gross. Have you ever tried those?
 
No. But I would if I came across them. I like weird new stuff. And I really like spinach

I love spinach too, but these looked like neon green soggy micro intestines in a pouch.

Well foam has been rolled and lax ball work completed. I'm faced with a dilemma. I'm moving in a couple weeks. My cabinets are full of more stuff then is practical to box and move. Some is clean and healthy some is trash that's been there since I started getting healthy. Do I try to eat all the extra stuff that's not currently in my macro plan but is still clean and healthy?? Try to get some clean bulking out of it. Or just cut my losses , stick to the plan so I don't make unwanted gains , and trash what's not consumed when it's time to roll out??

No clue. Started while I was putting laundry in the stupid dryer. I have chronic issues in my L5-S1 area. But this is high thoracic. Never....never had them here. As long as a sit still on the couch it fades but when I walk around it's just knotting up.
