Have you seen the Florida avocados? They're about 5 times the size of a normal avocado and they're supposedly a lower fat version. I've heard they taste kinda watered down.

I eat 1/2 avocado Intra workout daily. I live in Florida and have never seen those before. I've been eating Haas. I'm going to start looking around for them though.

It turned out to be a lil more taxing than I expected to be honest. All I gotta say is f$&k weighted lunges lol. Wish I had just done that from the start instead of fighting the snow and stupidity of that to go to a closed gym.
Well got breakfast downed which was nothing fancy. Hb eggs , fat free cottage cheese , and a grapefruit. Pre planning lunch now. Been craving pasta really bad but it's a difficult fit got me right now so I'm gonna try this setup and see how it goes <img src="http://anabolicminds.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=96326"/> Never had miso soup or kelp noodles but hopefully I can spin it into a good lunch. That's for the whole mix. 2 servings of the noodles. 1/2 serving of beans. 2 servings crab meat. And some veggies I tossed in. Mushroom , onion , green chilies.

Nope. 2 4 oz servings of noodles and 1/2 cup beans. The noodles are kelp noodles. Practically no cals no fats or carbs. No pro either. But together it tastes good
I've never heard of Kelp noodles. Are they sold at normal grocery stores?
I never heard of them either. I picked mine up at an all natural food store. Taste and texture is very unique.
I saw Spinach Noodles the other day and they looked gross. Have you ever tried those?

Well foam has been rolled and lax ball work completed. I'm faced with a dilemma. I'm moving in a couple weeks. My cabinets are full of more stuff then is practical to box and move. Some is clean and healthy some is trash that's been there since I started getting healthy. Do I try to eat all the extra stuff that's not currently in my macro plan but is still clean and healthy?? Try to get some clean bulking out of it. Or just cut my losses , stick to the plan so I don't make unwanted gains , and trash what's not consumed when it's time to roll out??
