Fit for February 14th... Or Dead Lift in a DRESS!!!

Sounds like a good plan Dan! Just the difference from yesterday morning to this morning is comforting to me. I am still relatively full but the water under the skin seems to have gone down a bit. Not progress so much as proof that no damage was done. Cardio last night was uneventful just drudging along at this point to make it to the end. I am ready for less severe dieting, what I am doing now is extremely aggressive and should only be done for short periods. Thank goodness this short period is almost over. Not gonna lie I can not wait to reintroduce the other macros into my diet again. Low fat and low carb at the same time just wears you down a bit.

Almost there buddy!

Thanks! I need that reminder. Just 10 more days no big deal and it isn't that bad just not that great either.

LMAO!!!

So just gonna park this here and say I am pretty stoked to see this one. Looks better than the 1st.

Blood sugar absolutely tanked in the gym at the end of chest before I could hit shoulders. Had to have my partner grab me one of the sugary ass shakes that they put berries and stuff in at the "smoothie bar". Still extremely shaky. Regaining my sense of composure though. Gonna have to keep an eye on this. This diet may not be the right attack for me.

Week 1 meadows chest.

Incline hs 12,10,8,6

Slight incline db press 4x6

Flat bb 2x15

Stretch push ups 2-fail.

Have a good one all.

Doesn't sound so much like a blood sugar tank as it does that your balls re-ascended :P

Seriously though....how long before the gym did you eat? What did you eat? What do you normally eat? PWO? Extra workload today?

I'm working through it all right now.

My balls won't re-ascend. I won't use hcg.

I haven't used PWO in a few weeks at least. My meals I can't talk about. Let's just leave it at it was probably similar to what snags had you on during a cut. I went back to week 1 meadows. Workload went down a little lol.

Has anyone heard from PalmFist? He ok?

Had to shovel twice at work. Apparently when you're "the guy with all the muscles" you're also "the guy who does all the manual labor" lol

I'm working bench level NWS radio xmitters. Guess who moves the 100+lb PAs for everyone.

Hopped on the scale this am. 225.7.... Down slightly. :-D. I'm sure a good but is glycogen. We'll see just how much after my refeed.

Good stuff going on in here. I have been out sick the last few days with me and the daughter down for the count. I haven't been on here well because it was a few days of Daddy Daughter cuddle time on the couch. I don't typically get on much when I am home and the family is around.

So the last few days hasn't helped my goals at all the last thing I wanted was to have days of inactivity here at the end of this. So now where I was pretty sure I had this in the bag I am a little more reserved in my hopes... I really can't make any dietary adjustments so it comes down to lots of activity to burn as much off as possible in the next 7 days. Man it is crunch time.

Okay as a friendly reminder to all my boys who see this deadline coming up so fast. There is another deadline too... Make sure you have made some reservations for Valentines by the end of the day today or you may not be able to make one next week.

Man that really sucks to hear superbeast668... I knew you mentioned it didn't look good but was hoping it would pan out in your favor.

That's sucks!! You've had crapy luck with jobs, stay positive and you'll find something better

You know me man I always do.

Sorry to hear that ...sh*tty

Thanks man. It wasn't the greatest of places. Just a paycheck. At least now I get a little vacay!

No biggy to me. The boss handed me an email and phone number to another place that his friend runs. Said they may need someone. That gave me the warm fuzzies to know I did a good job at least. The 3 managers didn't want to get rid of me. The VP of the company had other ideas though.

Well that is good sounds like he is putting in a word for you. You already call the other guy to set up an interview or anything?

Nah I went home to sulk first. Lmao. Actually gonna get in touch with him and a few other prospective employers Monday. Might move back to Idaho to work on F-15's again...

Nice man! I had back today as well!

What are some good hammy lifts? I'm going to incorporate more hams into my back day to get these bishes growing

Sorry to hear about the job SB! Just another opportunity waiting bud :-)

Well fellas I'll be posting my pics this weekend I hit my goal a week ago but was hoping to get even leaner before posting pics. That's not gonna happen with all my stressful **** going on I'm retaining water like crazy in my hands and feet and have some other symptoms that are kinda stressing me out so I dropped everything and going to see if things subside.

I before the water retention I weight in at a lean 209.5 now I'm somewhere between 211-213.

My diet hasn't suffered. I'm pretty pleased with my discipline over the last 8 weeks.

I'll try and get some pics up soon

I like to do 3-5 heavier sets of SLDLs (6-8 reps) followed by standing leg curls with a quick concentric, a 1-2 second squeeze and a slow eccentric for a 3 second count for 10-12 reps and a 60 second rest. If your hams aren't destroyed after 3-6 sets of those...rep out 1-3 sets of lying leg curls for 15-20 reps each set with a 30 second rest. Just what I do and I've put some nice size on my thighs...I have to go shopping for new pants this week because I can't fit my legs into anything anymore lol.

Those are my basic staples. Guess they should continue to work on my second day.

A lot of people overlook goodmornings with a stiff leg - by no means an iso movement, but width of feet & whether knees are unlocked or not or how much make a big difference. DON'T go heavy if you keep em locked tho - I pulled a ham once with too much weight that way.

Jefferson lifts for 8+ reps/set kinda burn up everything, abs, glutes, quads, hams. But damn they always make me sore everywhere.

Been doing legpress high & wide like was mentioned - I feel it a lot in my hams, for sure. It's tough cuz the ROM is greater/deeper.

Sounds good bean5er, by that I mean sounds good you already hit your goal not that you are dealing with some sides. I am going to go to the gym shortly but this is what I am working with upon rising this morning. The lighting and angle is a little different but I am pretty much there. I think if I can squueze out one more lb of fat then I will be set up for success. I will post up my workout later after I go in but here I am as of this morning.
