As I'm new to trt etc , I just had a thought mate, in uk our summer is June July and August .
If I start my bulk cycle now for 14 weeks that leaves me finishing in beginning of May . Lol . I've timed it wrong . Unless I maintain in may at trt then start a cut cycle June July and August?.... . Or stay on test addition weeks 14-20weeks at say 600 mg cutting phase ,Then to trt in mid June . Carry on cutting July on trt dose

Test is cheap....high doses pack on mass and burn fat pretty damn well...above 1k at least.
CraigyDar.....I like to cruise on test/tren 100/100 each a week....I stay strong and stay lean......that small amount can be run 3-4 mos without wrecking cholesterol and/or blood pressure, etc. Just a thought...

Yeah it is weird how most guys that get on TRT lose fat and gain muscle mass along with the same workouts they were doing when they had low test. All the articles supporting it are coincidental too. I found this weird one in one sec.

To what degree varies greatly based on diet and cardio, too.
I havnt been burning any fat mass for months now. Saw initial fat burning maybe the first 2 months but afterwards all the progression has waned. Granted, I eat lots more now too.
So I'd say it does a great job gettin u bigger without lettin u get to freggin fat.

Don't need to burn fat if you are gaining muscle at a good ratio. When you add muscle to your body it lowers your bf% because your ratio of lean mass to fat changes. I think this is what people experience.

Doing this left me with a really lean back, legs and arms and all my fat over my abs lol Sucks.
That sounds like a diet issue.
It sure does but I'd be damned if I can figure it out.
The issue is probably willpower. A brutal enough deficit for long enough will remove the fat from everywhere. Easier said than done
Winny might help better than hdrol. Diet is always the issue. How do u respond to fats. I find it easier to carb cycle or lower sugars by increasing my health fats. I tend to shred up thatcway
I actually go extremely low fat and high carb/protein diet. I try to avoid simple sugars and eat lots of fiber. Speeds my metabolism up greatly.
This diet takes ridiculous discipline though.

Your pretty much implying a protein sparing modified fast which should only be utilized for two weeks max.The best thing for me is 1000kcal a day, 200g of protein This amounts to some chicken breast, or a bit of kangaroo I don't think the answer is in drugs, sure a bit of test helps when the calories drop to tragic levels Belly fat is just last to go

Might have to try that low fats thing next time I've tried low carb a couple times and I'll get down to 10-12% or so on that but it's never gotten me shredded.
Unless u are really short 1000 cals with out the addition of hormons will cause to much muscle loss and will cause u to store more cals rather than burn them. I cut at around 2200 cals, I keep my bf 8-12% year round. Even when I bulk I like to keep it at around 10%. Are u sure it's not just water bloat.
