Congratulations mateI got my wife pregnant last cycle running test and turinabol so definately possible that you can have kids on cycle it was a relief because that was the one reason I was afraid to get on gear but now its fair game lol planning a tren test prop and winstrol cycle here in another 10 weeks lol

Not exactly, I've seen lee priest videos where he says he almost never trains abs directly, also said if he does he doesn't use weight. Everyone has abs, as long as they are as big as you want them to be you don't really need to train them.

I actually was doing abs like 3-5 sets everyday, sometimes weighted, for a long time(6+ months) and about a month ago I started getting painful cramps in my abs so bad I would almost fall down haven't done any abs since then. I'll probably continue them in the future though.
Yes, I suppose bulking is a good time to develop them slightly maybe once a week under the bf. ready for my shred , . I'll probably end up 20% bf by the end of this bulk . Going all out . Get size . Then for first time get below 13% bf ... Ideally 8-9% would be great . Dedicated this year

I've always done cut bulk cut bulk but quick intervals cuz scared of getting fat or skinny n lose muscle lol
But this year I'm just goin all out bulk and not worry about fat ... Then a slow cut instead of fast one down to 9% ... Gunna take a while tho but be worth it
I hear ya man, sick of bulking up 10-15lbs then cutting down and being almost back where I started, so bulking up longer and then when I cut down hopefully be at least 10-15lbs more lean mass than before.
