I've pinned myself under the bar dozens of times in the middle of a packed gym. Fortunately it's always been under a pretty heavy weight which spares at least some dignity.
I didn't catch the kgs part at first and was thinking who does pull ups with 8lb weights? Lol.

Has body weight or body fat changed? Have Diet and training been consistent?
My body doesn't react well to large amounts of carbs and I find that I look and operate much better when I eat high protein and fat, and get my carbs from vegetable sources rather than from things like rice or oats.

personally, I have done this myself yes (and more in fact), but that is a choice I made, and would have no recourse on if there were to somehow be repercussions from that dosage
as far as any adverse effects, no nothing more than any other time, we're still talking about a very mild product here, with very little likelihood of any side effects save for a bit of lethargy (maybe), and possibly lowered libido for a short span (again note: possibly)...but again, I cannot say this with certainty beyond dosages we advise

As per my penis post, over the past few weeks I have been experiencing some severe lethargy towards the end of the afterparty. So bad in fact that I've been unable to keep my eyes open and have gone straight to sleep for one or two hours. When I wake up however, I feel like I've just had a full 8 hours.
Tonight and tomorrow night I'm working right up until 9pm, so I'm not sure how I'm going to manage.

I quite like them too. You'd be hard pressed to find somebody that actually does the exercise properly, though.

I usually weigh myself once a week at the most because my weight can fluctuate a lot on a daily basis and the past 19 days have been no exception. Last week I was still around the same weight that I started with, however when I weighed myself this morning, I had gained 7kg / 15.4lbs. This has me baffled because 7kg in one week is a lot of weight.
I'd have to lean toward the latter explanationThere are two sides that I have experienced, both of which only came up in the last week. The first is that I'm shedding a crap-ton of hair. It's important to note that I have shoulder length dark brown hair and as such, when it comes out it appears more noticeable than if somebody with short fair hair was shedding. Another point to take into consideration is that it's summer here and extremely hot. Apparently it's quite normal to shed more in extreme heat, so there may be some connection there.
