Currently using what's in muscle sport cardio burn pre cardio once a day, along with 1000mg CLA, 500mg carnitine, 100mg of keytones, 2.5mg yohimbine hcl, and 50mg of 7-keto dhea in the morning with breakfast. Anything else you think I can add in to make it more effective or is that sufficient enough?
 
I would up the dose of CLA to around 8 grams a day with meals. Also would up carnitine to 2 grams a day spread out.
 
Cla for 12 days then stop. Wait a week and restart

Going to need way more then 1 gram of CLA. And you also are going to need to run it for quite some time to see any effect with it.

You'd be better off upping your Y-HCL dose.

Yea. All studies are done on 12 days. For the most part

It has to do with increases in inflammatory markers causing apoptosis in fat cells.

That for too long won't be beneficial
 
maybe add some forskolin to your stack. another idea would be to add something like tropinol to your stack as it has some nice stuff in it which could help you get leaner particularly if you are training and eating well.

first step before any of those options should be change in cals/macros and (if advanced enough to know what you are doing) micros
that's why they are called supplements -- supplemental to the dietary intake

Good post, I was just droppin knowledge.

Diet first and formost.

Consume with low carb meal (CLA). Seems to be more beneficial that way
 
CLA - underdosed, plus induces insulin resistance if it's the wrong form
Carnitine - underdosed by factor of 4
RKs - underdosed by factor of 20
Yohimbine - you shouldn't be taking it with meals, plus underdosed by factor of 7-8x
7-keto dhea - underdosed by factor of 4

You will see literally nothing from your current supplements + doses.

He just gave you the doses pretty much. All you have to do is a little math (very simple).

Multiply your current doses by the factors he recommends
