The form in some, if not all, of those videos was horendous.
But I will start wearing my winter hat inside though! Did you see how cool he looked?!

This post makes me like Muscle Pharm even less than I did based on the Protein by itself. The exercise performed well in all these vid's was the push down's...
I thought he was going to show us something new that most people don't do? He ended up just showing literally 4 different exercises just doing them in different ways.
Push downs, kick backs, skull crushers, db ex
What about DIPS !!! Jm press, French press, bb kickbacks, the 5 different ways to do db ex, countless types of ways to do cable press downs and extensions , close grip press, and isn't this guy crossfit ??? What about all the push-up variations?
im laughing because its true MP is horrible..

Don't be copying me at the gym and wear your winter beanie too. It was my idea first .

i prefer to walk in with texas ranger glasses and do ****ty form
My favorite was a guy at a gym I personal trained at that used lifting straps on everything, but the funniest was watching him use them on machines, and even when squatting. Total douche.

This particular article was pretty lame to be honest. But the guy does have an extensive background, frequents Westside Barbell - an invite-only gym with the best powerlifters on the planet and of course Louie Simmons - and has squatted 700lbs+ in official Powerlifting meets. If his form isn't "bodybuilder" perfect for exercises like extensions and ****, who really cares? That's not the brass tax of weightlifting.
Never mind not addressing the fact that overhead extensions provide more outside head work. When people do tricep work they're usually shooting for the "horseshoe". Overhead is a great way to affect that.
