Article: Strategies For Strength Gains

Straps.....smith machine.... Ummmm dude???? Some decent advice here, but ya killed me with those 2!!
 
Definitely adhere to most of these. But I include holding the weight in my hands part of my deadlift strength. I guess I should start using straps on my heavy carries too..
 
Number 8 goes completely against gaining strength, if you can't hold on to the weight your trying to pull you not strong, period.
