Vick didn't have the teams and talent mcnabb had.

Rushing yards for a qb are becoming more looked at . Hell they just compared Wilson rushing vs Peyton.

The man with the most should be in. Mcnabb doesn't have an NFL record stat that I know of..

Vick didn't do **** with a stacked eagles offense either, so quit trying to blame others for Vicks shortcomings.

Having 1 NFL record (an arbitrary one at that, since he isn't a RUNNINGback) does not make a player great.

Offense had poor play calling ( Andy)
And the o line was desimated with injuries which made it bad.

Check that, he was 1-5. So I don't see how you say vick sucked but foles did ok..
 
Vick was 1-3 as the starting quarterback this season, what's your excuse for that? (at the beginning of the season, I don't know how many games he started outside of that)


Did he have a worse team than Foles did this season? Why did foles win the majority of his games as the starter, but Vick didn't?


Poor coaching? Maybe foles brought all of his hometown friends and had them suit up instead of the guys on the roster?
 
Vicks loses were to plsyoff teams. He played against 3 of them.

Foles? 1. And yea he beat the packers without Rodgers...

Chargers it wasn't his fault.

Chiefs he had a bad game.

Out of the 3, I think the birds should have won 1 of 3.

Hell, wasn't it just 4 weeks ago that you said the Eagles were gonna win the SB? How did you believe that was gonna happen with Foles, but IRT Vicks losses you say "yeah, but those were against playoff teams"

Tied my life time PR. He thinks that will probably be an opener or less by June's meet. He had me pushing back more...and when I did it exploded more. He was really working on my breathing and engaging the lats more. He said "once you pushed back it looked easy, but we are gonna stop there." It didn't feel easy, but I know I have more. He said I gotta work on being tight and do more band exercises for the arm to help with that tendentious type brachialus stuff. I decided to go for a squat session with him. He said he will help me with my new Krait wraps that I haven't been able to use.

Lilly Presses are a bitch! I will do them more :)

It tastes great compared to other greens. It's not great compared to your favorite beverage, but I was impressed with the taste compared to other greens(which usually taste like lawn clippings).

The PR was relatively easy. Tried to set up the chains but couldn't get it set right. Will have one of the guys help me next time. If it wasn't for the crap set up I was gonna even try and add more. Then did 350 for another 3(which at least tied previous PR). As you can see I am still working on all the new ques I learned. Feels good though...feels strong. In other news, one of the vet guys there was helping me and my wife out and we got her a 135 deadlift! It was very cool for her. She is super tiny and now she reached her first exercise with big boy plates! haha

And me neither. My have an attachment that make it easy. I couldn't figure out where to put it without landing on it. Around 12 the main guys are gone so I couldn't ask. PB was deading before I got there I think, bout 140lbs of chain was mashed together haha

Ha ha yea, I see your chains wanna run under the plates. Happened to me to attaching at the ends.
Maybe you can run them to the inside nearer your grip!? That set up works for me or when I pull from the racks the chains drop under without hitting the plates. You can just bring up the floor level with beefy blocks to stand on. (Make these absolutely stable and a wide enough base, as I had a block tip on me with a heavy DL in hand and it nearly broke my ankle. I was quite lucky)
 
I've seen videos where Chris Duffin had the chains out front to teach him to pull back, so that's all that happened to you there, I'm with PB, just put them inside the collars and you'll be g2g. Or loop them over instead of using the hangers.
 
Thanks herder and PB. I should have just tried then inside. I just didn't want to waste a it of time on it. That won't be the last time I chain up!
