The Ultimate Stack-Stimul8n at its best (Finaflex Style)

I wasn't feeling to well after it man. A bit white and sick but that workout was probably the hardest thus far.

Oh I am sure that type of exertion can leave you nauseous and light headed - especially with Stimul8 having you sweating bullets..

That's it in a nutshell. Timed AMRAPs are super fun, but it's a task in itself trying to stay just below what is referred to "redline" so that you can continue to perform. The hardest part is, your limit today is going to be different than your limit tomorrow, and so on. With a "chipper", you know what the prescribed work is, you know the time cap, and you're trying to complete the whole thing and come in under the cap. Trying to sustain a manageable pace is where it gets rough (depending on the chipper).

Will do games. I will when ready. I want to go there and dominate regionals. Will need to improve gymnastics first like rung muscle ups and skin the cat.

Most people don't realize how grueling it is. A lot of people are turned off by the amount of injuries that crossfit seems to produce. Since I've been doing it, I haven't had any new injuries and my pre-existing shoulder injury hasn't gotten worse, and has probably gotten better with the forced mobility drills/rolling/mashing. With proper instruction, crossfit can be an awesome thing (except for butterfly pullups, those are queer).

Done this workout in am and pm today and yeah. Not one of my best days.

I have a very weak snatch weight.
 
Snatch is a very complex lift. Don't sweat not being able to achieve high numbers there. I'm not sure how long you've been doing oly lifts, but the snatch is the most difficult in my book.

The snatch for about 2 weeks. I can OHS 70kg now for 2 reps.

Oly lifting for about 6 months

Max pump is definitely helping. The stimul8 in the am causes so much sweating

Great combo for sure! The Thermo from stimul8 is bonkers IMO. I'm sure with your work ethic along with the intensity that CF demands you sir are drenched lol.

Man, I LOVE it. Makes me feel like I'm putting work in. It has gone from my top 3 to my top 2 PWO's.

Agree definitely a game changer!
 
I'll get some updated shots for my abdominal area. Visible abs. Veins in chest and neck/traps. Veins in forearms biceps and shoulders as well as legs and calfs

A lot of reps!

Reminds me of these workouts we used to do, like crossfit type stuff with a time limit and certain exercises that you had to do as many cycles as possible during the time frame. Straight up smoke fest!

It's usually up around 160-175 for the whole time so in the glycolytic area.

Sweating profusely and was pumped. I'm glad I didn't get the pumps I get yesterday. Couldn't push up at all after yesterday's WOD as arms hurt from the pump.
