Stronger after PCT

Anyone ever get stronger after PCT than you were on cycle?

I ran a Andro cycle for 5 weeks to bust a plateau, had good gains, strength, size etc It was my 1st cycle. I ran my PCT but it was a bunk and was unsuccessful. Didn't lift the whole PCT due to work and an extra month off, so for 2 months I didn't lift at all. Finally ran a proper PCT, Nolva, DAA, Tribulus, AI and I am back to normal and feel great.

So I've been back in the gym about 6 weeks now and put up 405 on my bench today! WoW, which is the most I've ever put up. My max on Andro and ever for that matter was about 315. Has anyone ever had that kind of a strength jump after PCT?? I have switched up my routine a bit, more rest, 1 on 1 off routine, and pretty much all compound lifts as usual but I've been changing the rep range based on however I feel that day.
Been off of the nolva for 2 weeks now and feel stronger than ever, weighted dips and pull ups seem easier, dead lift weight has gone up, across the board I'm stronger than ever.

Anyone ever had such an increase after PCT?

Wait so your bench went up 90 lbs in 6 weeks?

Basically, once I came back after the 2 months off my max was roughly 300. 6 weeks later I'm at 405 for 1 rep. It's hard for me to believe it, but I did it.

What all did you run for your second pct?

What did your bodyweight do in that time?

2nd PCT was

Nolva 20/20/10/10
DAA 3-5 Daily
Tribulus 750 x 4 Daily
AI low dosed 0/0/2/1/1/1

A lot of random items, creatine, fish oil, multi-v, B-6, B-12, Max Pump, Ginseng, Fenugreek.

I ended up using 40ml of the Nolva however in 30 days, my dropper was off or the bottle was undersized. But my source is pretty legit an respected so I'd say I used higher doses.

My weight pretty much stayed the same, I don't diet, i eat what I see as long as it's full of protein and solid carbs. I feel hard as a rock as I did on cycle though. I feel so much fuller and dense. I weigh 235lb though, roughly 18% BF. So 405 isn't a huge leap but in a short time, even I am shocked.

The only difference in training is I added cardio 3 days a week @ 30 minutes and now instead of always do 4-8 reps or rest pause I do higher reps 15-20, drop sets, controlling the weights. I never work arms, only compound lifts, minimal isolation moves.

Not sure if my Nolva was really legit and boosted me up that high, I didn't get bloods done prior so I have nothing to compare them to.

Idk what to say man, that **** is crazy. To put on 90 lbs on your bench while not on cycle AND not gain any weight is unbelievable. I wouldn't believe you but you don't have anything to gain by lying so I do. Have you ever benched 405 before?

Never, I didn't expect to. I would honestly think I was full of **** to. I just kept adding plates gradually and made it there that session. We'll see if it stays, I'm curious to see what happens in the next few weeks to see if it's due to the supplements. I've always been a straight creatine/protein user. I was going to run Epi soon once I dropped a few % of BF but I really don't feel the need to at this point, so I'll play this one out.

Lol something tells me you probably just never tried to move that kind of weight before and that you probably could have done that for some time now. I know I get scared of going to heavy for fear of dropping weights on myself lol. I have made gains during PCT before but it was only because of tendonitis issues clearing up.

I know that feeling too well. My elbow tendonitis flares up everytime I run ARA, and my strength seems to go down. As soon as I either add in some Joint Force or Joint Help or stop the ARA my strength shoots through the roof higher than it was before. Not the same as this, but the apprehension about the tendon pain can definitely provide a limiting effect psychologically. I probably "could" lift the same during the ARA run, but it hurts to effing bad to try without some support.

Your right about that, sometimes I am nervous about putting up big numbers. I've been lifting on and off for about 12 years, but more off then on lol So, it's possible I had it in me. I also have bad joints and they have been feeling pretty good lately due to Cissus Q, Glucosamine, Fish Oil so I'm sure that helps, that was recently added to my supplements.

I specifically ran Osta to help with the tendonitis and it actually did seem to help clear it up. Not to say it worked miracles but I went from maybe 50% to 80% while using it. A month or so after PCT I was at about 90% and now I rarely have issues.

Yea def stick with those supps and eat healthy. Depending on what kind of joint pain it is there may not be much else you can do. Glad to hear your making gains though man, keep up the good work.
