Rreppert1 is dropping weight with Finaflex (sponsored)

A few weeks ago I was going to be late for work, so I rushed out the door. Slammed my supps with probably 1/2 cup of water. Got to work 40 minutes later.. Sit down at my desk, get this sudden strange feeling and 'sorta burp' and a puff of supplement smoke came out. Was the weirdest thing lol. Drank a couple of liters of water and all was good.

I've had this happen numerous times as well.
 
Make sure to take the ALC+CLA BEFORE you're meal as well as getting plenty of fluids. The food should help "cover" the powders once the cap dissolves so you avoid the after taste and burps lol.
 
Alright guys, took the advice and took it before meals with 16 oz of water! It made all the difference in the world.

Had 2 slices of pizza tonight since our supervisor gave us food for kicking ass for the past couple weeks. I will just consider it a cheat meal, other than that everything jas been so far on par since beginning of the week. I have been feeling good as of late. Px Black is treating me well, and the only time i am sore post workout is on leg day so i am digging the BCAA+SAA and the ALC CLA is doing its job. I am looking leaner, feeling better, and improving in all aspects of my life right now. Its just amazing to me that you can accomplish these things in such a short period of time when you have a good diet, and workout plan. Man i feel great!

Very very cool to hear this.

As long as you jump right back on track (diet wise) a little added cheat meal (within reason) can be very good for you mentally. Moderation is key, which you are doing.

I second Justin on that one... a couple of slices of pizza as your cheat meal isn't bad at all.

Although Snags will probably be throwing rocks at us all for these comments!!! lol

Let me rephrase myself, I first off would choose something other than pizza (**** is a gut bomb to me) however a couple slices once every few weeks ain't gonna hurt. I would not recommend pizza every week :-)

Sometimes a little bit of a mental break from the norm Is good and leads to further progress.

I agree... I did legs late last night... been up the 7 flights of stairs at work 3 times today ... and always with a grin when I get to the top because i know I killed it last night! lol

Yeah, always sucks when the little one is sick. He's running a temp of 103....being monitored closely.

It was a no brained to continue on. 30 days is too small of a sample size, I like to run everything for a full 60. Bought the 240 count alc cla this time around. Blue razz bcaa + saa. And px black. I will Gove a 30 and 60 day review

Good session buddy. Yes cardio is great for heart health and can be used for fat burning (obviously) BUT it's amazing what a dialed diet and training combo can do as far as body comp.

Never good when kiddos get sick truly breaks your heart. Wish you the best.

Well, the boy woke up today with a 99 temp. So the worst seems to be over for him. He is back to being a holy terror so he is feeling normal, but i feel like i have been run over by a truck.

Good thing today and tomorrow are off days, not sure what the hell i would do....Probably lift anyways but i wouldnt have the focus i want.

Nutrition is weak today....good foods but i seem to puke everything up. I am continuing to eat but not nearly enough to fill macros for the day.

If i feel up to it tomorrow i will hit the elliptical for a good 30-40 minutes for a good sweat, other than that probably nothing due to all the snow and drifting here.

Hopefully all this snow and wind does not keep my shipment from getting here with the extra month of Finaflex products i ordered. I have 3 days left before I am out. Absolutley looking forward to another 30 days. I am actually gaining some weight back but my clothes are fitting better which makes me not worry. I will keep you posted and be put up workout and nutrition tomorrow. Just going to enjoy this last day off for the week and enjoy this bitter cold.

Well Guys the time has come to do the 30 day review, and as much as it bums me out i will be pulling another 30 days.

PX BLACK
1) This product was a great source of clean energy... 8/10 - Energy was blazing out of the gate, tapered off a little bit in the middle, and blazing at the end of the log. All of it was clean energy, no jitters, no crash.

2) This product affected my mood in a positive manner... 6/10 - Only gave this a low rating because it put me in a better mood but i got pissed off terribly really quick

3) This product helped control my cravings/appetite... 10/10 - i felt it easier to eat clean on PX Black, it was a rather nice product to use for appetite control. I only felt the need to eat **** i wasnt supposed to only if thats what i wanted to do.

4) This product enhanced my mental focus... 10/10 - had no trouble finding the focus in the gym or work. This helped focus all around!

5) This product gave me the jitters... 0/10 - Absolutely no jitters on this product, this made me feel great and like i said, with no crash

6) This product helped me lose weight? 10/10 - This product helped me produce an 8 pound weight loss in 30 days. Absolutely outstanding, and will definately use this product again in the future. I went 256 pounds down to 248.

BCAA+SAA
1) This product enhanced my recovery... 10/10 - I felt very little soreness post workout. I felt soreness right after but DOMS was nowhere to be seen for anything but a little soreness after leg day.

2) This product helped me power through my training sessions... 7/10 - I felt like i powered through better with the PX Black but this itself helped more than going into training with nothing.

3) This product kept me hydrated... 10/10 - i never felt fatigued due to lack of fluids on this stuff.

4) This product tasted great...6/10 - Low rating due to not being able to find it a very great taste, not the worst, not the best. I reordered blue raspberry to see if it was just the Apple Fusion. Regardless of the tatse this product works!

5) I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to friends and family... 10/10 - Enjoyed it so much , i ordered a tub out of pocket to make this a 60 day log. Actually was just offered a free tub of recovery formula from Atomic Strength Nutrition and i told them no because i already found my recovery formula!

ALC+CLA
1) This product helped with Fat Loss...10/10 - I think this was the staple of this stack. I have seen, and family has seen a drastic improvement in the way my body has been changing and this is the reasoning for continuing my log on my own dime. I would not purchase soemthing that i was not seeing and feeling results on.

2) This product improved my Overall Body Composition... 10/10 - Like i stated above, this has truly been the diamond in the stack. I dont know how i lived wothout this product before. I am absolutly in love with this stuff!

3) I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to friends and family...10/10 - Just ordered my little brother a 240 count bottle because he wanted something good, something that worked that wasnt built for an energy type supplement. I told him he would not be disappointed!

Anytime brother! You guys sent the stack and asked for 100 % and thats what i gave you! Its only fair to you guys to give this everything i have got. Not to mention it keeps ensuring i kick ass in the gym. Oh, by the way, that was an 8 pound weight loss with very very minimal cardio!

Yesterdays Workout : Legs Squats 5X12 (235#) Deadlifts 5X12 ( 215#) Leg Extension 5X12 (160#) Calf Raises 5X12 Stiff Leg Dead Lift 5X12 ( 200#) Leg Curls 5X12 Well Guys the time has come to do the 30 day review, and as much as it bums me out i will be pulling another 30 days. PX BLACK 1) This product was a great source of clean energy... 8/10 - Energy was blazing out of the gate, tapered off a little bit in the middle, and blazing at the end of the log. All of it was clean energy, no jitters, no crash. 2) This product affected my mood in a positive manner... 6/10 - Only gave this a low rating because it put me in a better mood but i got pissed off terribly really quick 3) This product helped control my cravings/appetite... 10/10 - i felt it easier to eat clean on PX Black, it was a rather nice product to use for appetite control. I only felt the need to eat **** i wasnt supposed to only if thats what i wanted to do. 4) This product enhanced my mental focus... 10/10 - had no trouble finding the focus in the gym or work. This helped focus all around! 5) This product gave me the jitters... 0/10 - Absolutely no jitters on this product, this made me feel great and like i said, with no crash 6) This product helped me lose weight? 10/10 - This product helped me produce an 8 pound weight loss in 30 days. Absolutely outstanding, and will definately use this product again in the future. I went 256 pounds down to 248. BCAA+SAA 1) This product enhanced my recovery... 10/10 - I felt very little soreness post workout. I felt soreness right after but DOMS was nowhere to be seen for anything but a little soreness after leg day. 2) This product helped me power through my training sessions... 7/10 - I felt like i powered through better with the PX Black but this itself helped more than going into training with nothing. 3) This product kept me hydrated... 10/10 - i never felt fatigued due to lack of fluids on this stuff. 4) This product tasted great...6/10 - Low rating due to not being able to find it a very great taste, not the worst, not the best. I reordered blue raspberry to see if it was just the Apple Fusion. Regardless of the tatse this product works! 5) I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to friends and family... 10/10 - Enjoyed it so much , i ordered a tub out of pocket to make this a 60 day log. Actually was just offered a free tub of recovery formula from Atomic Strength Nutrition and i told them no because i already found my recovery formula! ALC+CLA 1) This product helped with Fat Loss...10/10 - I think this was the staple of this stack. I have seen, and family has seen a drastic improvement in the way my body has been changing and this is the reasoning for continuing my log on my own dime. I would not purchase soemthing that i was not seeing and feeling results on. 2) This product improved my Overall Body Composition... 10/10 - Like i stated above, this has truly been the diamond in the stack. I dont know how i lived wothout this product before. I am absolutly in love with this stuff! 3) I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to friends and family...10/10 - Just ordered my little brother a 240 count bottle because he wanted something good, something that worked that wasnt built for an energy type supplement. I told him he would not be disappointed! Once again to Wasme, Snagency, Bean5er, and Montego and everyone behind the scenes at Finaflex/Redefine, thank for you for allowing me to run such a bada$$ stack and i will be continuing this log on my own dime for another 30 days and I invite everyone to stick around for the extended results!
