Cycle assist, coq10 , and some type of test base to combat lethargacy. Also stacking two methyl compounds, I'd opt for some life support or liv52 to stack as well to protect mahhhh livaahhh! Also clomid/nolva combo for pct, daa, erase.
6.) Nutrition - Are you eating for bulk, recomp, or cutting?
Depends really, currently bulking. I'd keep my calories high if I ran a cycle . everything is counted. I'm anal about my calories.

I'm on my.phone but I have a few I'll link. I ran androfactory lean cut and logged it (got quite shredded to =D), performaxx pwoermaxx pre workout and just my training log. I have a few alphamine logs that were unsponsored that I forgot to keep up with :O

Never used Halo, but I was an awesome responder to Mag my last cycle, & Epi my very first cycle was incredible (7lbs all lbm in 26 days & 40lbs on my squat & dead, 20 on bench in less than 4wks @ 30-40mg lol). Very curious to see what these babies can do together with my diet tuned towards a recomp/cut - this could be the year for a real set of abs showing, so this would be an awesome kickstart to that. Already dumped the fat I gained on last cycle bulking hard & 12.5lbs up currently :biggthumpup:

The first time I tried it I hated it. It was just too boring. Now I really enjoy it. I follow Wendler's advice & don't overdo the weight I use for the 5x10, & I focus on working the muscle & not resting too long - you should have a burn & pump by the time you finish the 5x10 portion if you treat it that way. It's acting as the primary muscle stimulus for the entire workout (after the heavy weight shock first), so make it about building the muscles you need for the big lifts & not setting world records for a 5x10 that doesn't actually matter, i.e. bigger stronger tris are more important than putting up the heaviest 10 rep set you can muster.
 
Just got back from the gym. It was full! Of women doing the zumba class and running on the threadmill. Never had the gym for myself like that before or been around so many women lol. Was going to start working out triceps when I saw all the women leaving the zumba class... Yoga pants.. sweaty.. sexy.. omfg!
