Alright hey guys i have never done a log before but going to give it a shot. This is my first cycle which is Epi2a3a (Epistane) by vital labs. I have trained for about 6 years naturally.

Stats: Age: 24
Height: 5'11
Weight:182
BF: 7-8 percent

Bench: 285x1
Squat: 395x1
Deadlift: 425x3 (haven't maxed this is a while)

On Cycle supps:
Epi2a3a by vital labs dosed at 30/30/30/40/40
Taurine: 3 grams a day for now
Fish Oil: 6 grams a day
Blockade by assault labs for cycle support
multivitamin

PCT: Nolva dosed at 40/40/20/20
And i am thinkin of throwin in some tribulus.

Macros are 40/40/20. Getting around 3500 a day.


So right now I am currently on day 5 of my cycle. No sides right now other than constipation which i just got rid of XD. I am feeling way better pump in the gym and i feel a way more solid, I also feel hungry also all the time.

Goal: Maintain bf and throw on 10lbs!
 
Day 5 Back And Bis
I just finished my workout, got a pretty nice pump. I didnt weigh into today but will on Saturday. I noticed some new veins that i have never seen before in my forearms so im pretty excited to see how this whole cycle plays out.
 
Day 6 Shoudlers
I just had a great shoulder workout. Feeling yet again great pumps in the gym. I have yet to notice any sides, except that it was hard for me to get out of bed this morning. I fell asleep at 10 and woke up at 8 and still felt tired as **** until i popped an Epi and ate some food. I am looking noticeably thicker than usually, arm chest and back just look bigger than usual.

Are you starting to feel lethargic? That was my main negative side from epi...lethargic/tired all the time later ok in my cycle

I'm only on day 8 and I myself feel lethargic to f*ck most days. Although today i feel wired and ready to take on those deadlifts later!
 
Honestly im not feeling any lethargy. The only difference I have seen is waking up and getting out of bed is a pain in the ass. I have actually felt a little more energetic if anything.
 
Day 7 Legs
I just destroyed legs.

here my workout and weight

Squats 135x10 205x10 285x 10 315x 9 355x 6

Stiff leg deads: 135x10 205x10 225x8 (Super strict form)

Leg Press: 5 sets Didnt track weight ont this

Lunges: 3 Sets with 80 pound dumbells in hands to failure

Leg Extensions and Leg Curls 3 sets each. Didnt track weight for these
 
Day 7 continued: Also felt great again today. My hunger is driving me crazy. I swear I throw down 1200 cals ar breakfast and still feel hungry. I got a great leg pump btw.. If you are contemplating doing epi i feel that it is totally worth it if you are not sensitive to stimulants, you will def get your moneys worth of gains if you have a good diet and training routine.
 
Just got 2 cups of pasta with 10 oz of chicken breast and still feel hungry. I guess I am going to do a shake before bed.
 
Day 8
I just finished my arms workout. I felt like my arms were literally exploding, the pump was so intense that i couldnt finish the last few reps even though i had the energy. No sides to report yet besides feeling like a beast. Mys vascualrity has at least doubled in my forearms. ok maybe not doubled but it is starting to get intense. I have also trimmed down around my midsection a bit

Tuesday Back Bis
Weds: Legs
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Arms
Sat: Weigh in
 
My split is the same but I don't add any bi/tri exercises on my chest/back days. I have been thinking about it though. How many and what exercises do you do for your arms on those days?
 
about 3 exercises with about 3-4 sets
for tris on chest day i do close grip bench, dips, and skulls crushers.

for bis on back day i dp barbell curls, reverse barbell curls, and incline curls
 
no problem. the reason i do them twice a week is because my ages tend to lag compared to my chest and back. well at least they used to. i havent changed my split in 2 years
 
Don't mean to sound vulgar but are you having a problem with pooping lmao? I'm like 9 days inside my cycle and I've gone from pooping 3-4 times a day to struggling to poop once a day!
 
Actually the first day on my cycle i went twice but then for the next three days after that i couldnt poop and felt bloated but since then i have been going everyday like normal. I just recommend you up your healthy fat and eat your veggies. Do not ignore vegtables. Drink lots of water which im pretty sure you already know that and eat raisins. I ate 3 of the small boxes of raisins and i think they helped a lot.
 
Day 9 Rest Day
I feel asleep at 10 last night, slept like a baby and woke up at 10. I have not had access to a scale yet today so i will post weigh in later. I still feel really good and have no sides to report of besides feeling great.
