I have started a epistane cycle on Monday, I have been taking 20mg for the last 3 days. I have been reading some of the threads and they have me freaked out. My question is, If I stop today will I need to run my pct?

What exactly is freaking you out if you don't mind me asking?

everything freaks me out the older I get lol. worried about gyno mostly but for pct I plan to run nolva and ad3.

I am 38, the last time I did anything I was 24. I guess if I jack myself up now could always trt as I already have kids and dont need anymore lol.

Nolva is a great serm. Do you have a test booster for pct? I'm looking up ad-3 now.

I don't have an otc test booster that I was planning on using. I was always under the impression if you could buy it at gnc it prob did not work.

Ok so you have been taking epi for a couple of days at 20mg, there are a lot of guys that don't even have a pct for epi cause it's mild. There are a lot of issues out there that you read about and everybody reacts different to pro's, supps, etc. I like to take precaution and use an on cycle and a proper pct just for my own piece of mind. Nolva/tomix citrate is a good serm. I would put a test booster with it. It's up to you to continue with the cycle. Just watch how your body reacts to your cycle. I know reading some of this stuff can get a little discouraging.

AD-3 is a good product, still get some kind of a test booster to put your mind at ease to run with it.

some Daa? what do you think about stacking some test with the epi? would I need to run an ai with the test? I have read about this stuff, but it seems like so much old info floating around.

Test is best. Daa did nothing for me. Yes, an AI.

You'll definitely be fine, if you get estrogen symptoms take the proper steps to relieve them and you will be okay. Serious gyno isn't going to develop over a short cycle, and it should never develop if you take the right precautions.
