I didn't realize you were black/mixed from your avi. This is good man! Coming from a totally personal view here, look at all the Mr. Olympia & Arnold Winners. There's a lot more black guys, & they usually get bigger or look better than everyone else. I've known several guys personally who ate like crap, barely lifted, & didn't touch a supp besides protein & had more muscle than me & abs and everything barely trying. What'd they have in common besides investing very little & no AAS? They were black. I had a buddy once who could have seriously had a shot at light heavyweight if he'd wanted to get serious at all about diet/training & start using gear. I think on average I notice more better-built black/mixed guys than any other race. And we both know success in bodybuilding means having the genetics for it. Look at the difference between Tony Freeman & Dennis Wolf. Both sick as f*k. But Freeman's core looks worlds better IMHO. Coleman, Haney, Levrone.

Honestly all my buddies who r white say the same thing lol. Idt its racist at all, just a common observation. I think it has to do with ancestry and the fact that most African Americans were very hard laborers and this developed their bodies. Even going back to Africa, everything was done manually and there was no time to sit around so their activity levels were very high. This combined with all natural whole foods promoted favorable physiques.

In my family my dad has the superior genetics and my mom has the typical European Jewish genetics. Thick bottoms, bad cholesterol, and high blood pressure. My mom is the biggest health freak. She trains and eats very well yet she has terrible cholesterol an HBP. She also can rid her self of thy belly fat....I adopted these genetics unfortunately
My dad and my sister eat whatever the f**k they want, thy don't exercise, and their ripped!!!! Not fair!

It's unreal how fast and easy I put on fat. If I eat bad for 2 weeks I turn into the Michelin Man.
Right there with you. My dad's fam is fat. My moms fam has long skinny limbs and tiny joints. I gotta eat damn good otherwise I'm a blimp. Least I got tiny joins so I always look big.
This more or less describes me. I have a small, thin frame @ 5'10'' & am naturally skinny fat. Lil hands, lil wrists, put on fat way easy. When my parents went thru a divorce when I was 8 my mom started feeding us straight junk & I was 200lbs @ 10yrs old. Cut back to 160 in highschool but dayumn. Never really seen my abs all the way. Always felt like I've had moobs my whole life, & gyno is always a concern for me now - my estrogen & prolactin skyrockets if I even look at dienelone & such.
The only upside to all this is I have big glutes & thighs naturally, so I can out-deadlift almost every guy in the gym, nor do I have to bust my ass to put on leg mass. I got that Branch-Warren Syndrome![]()

Lol work sets bro...I don't believe in maxing out. I shoot for hypertrophy... I gave up on maxing when I popped my groin squatting in highschool and tore my labrum in my shoulder. If I can't do 6-10 it's too heavy. Appreciate the concern though. Good looking out.Careful. Dude I work with tore his rotator cuff maxing 345 on incline. Lol u guys r good. I did arms 2day at the gym including shoulders, it was a high rep day and I f*cking killed it. The pump was retarded and I noticed I'm leaning out.
Best part about working out arms is that you feel like the f**king man! Both bi and tri pumped to the max feels good! Can't wait to see how that EQ treats you.
I'm kinda worried about the appetite increase but I start ECA next week.
I love ECA but I can handle how much I sweat. It's by far the most effective stim fat burner.

I don't think you'd have to worry about that. It's not that crazy intense.
The reason why you see such dramatic loss in muscle mass with hyperthyroid patients is because they are sick. Their thyroid vales are going all over the place creating a very unstable environment in the body. In addition there is usually another disease causing this or was caused by a very unstable thyroid.
Bodybuilders run T3 at hearty doses, however it is still controlled and stable dosing. Also, you aren't sick, you are eating enough to support your physique.
Another note is that naturally and physiologically, your body will burn fat before muscle. As long as you are I a healthy state and eating enough I don't see any muscle loss.

Start with 25 mcg and gauge from there. You could run 25mcg for 3 months straight or ramp it up to 50 mcg and possibly run it for only 2 months.
I think 25mcg of T3 with ECA will melt the fat off of you.

i've always dosed in the am. seems like it'd pick up metabolism through out the day. i fast at night. if i eat more protein when i wake up to piss i'l have to piss 18 more times which is counter productive to sleep.

Dose it first thing in the morning. You need to have an extremely empty stomach because certain things effect absorption. I would set your alarm 1 hour before you actually get up, take it really quick and go back to sleep.
You'll love it dude. I don't think I've heard of anyone complain of any side effects. Just fat loss. No cracked feeling, no shakes, nothing.
