So I have been tanning for the last few weeks or so. Just a couple sessions a week to even out and get a nice base. Sorry bros. Been busy as fuk. Sex, weights and protein shakes. I am sitting 220-225 around 10% (its a guess but I have a SOLID 6 pack and 8 is really close.

I am holding at 4000 calories still. Running the same doses for another week and a half until I cruise for 2 weeks then start cutting.

My posing videos are getting better and my coach is very happy with my condition so far.
