How to take SERM

hey guys my torem just came in the mail today and im starting it tomorrow and i was just curious on do you let it sit in your mouth and then wash it down and do i need to keep it refrigerated?
 
just take it like a shot. there is no sceince to drinking water or taking research liquids
 
Drink the full bottle the first night :)

Jk. Like poop said, take it like a shot and chase it with water or juice. No need to refrigerate it either
