IMHO, cycle aggression is manageable by being aware of it and remembering to keep it in the gym. I'm a bit of a hothead and have to remember to take a deep breath. Really nothing to be afraid of.

I second this. Just be aware of it and you're fine. You may need to rage in your head a bit from time to time but it's nothing to go crazy over. Totally over-hyped.

I've found that if I just walk away from the situation and take 8-10 deep breathes I will usually calm down. Think that comes with old age ;)


Thanks for the advice guys. I'm normally very level headed and easy going, I just don't want that change to be noticeable. I will make sure I'm aware of the mental change when I get there and keep it at bay.

I'm also considering my first cycle, so I totally understand the apprehension. I have the same fears! That and screwing up my endocrine system ;)

Strength wasn't there today at all. Even ate a carb heavy meal an hour before and took a Gameday/Krea Pump combo pre. Was pretty shaky so that could've been part of the reason.

Thanks pete!! I'd have to say in the year that I've been on AM my knowledge on those subjects has increased tremendously. Couldn't have done it without everyone here sharing their knowledge and support!!

Had a really weird day today. Started out really bad so I hit the weights right away to use that fuel. Killed bis and tris then things went south again shortly after but I just shrugged it off as one of those days. Got to work and it went great and its been good since.

Today is 1 week into pct and I feel good. My training hasn't suffered, libido is good, and weight has maintained. I've been getting a good sweat going again during training.....Gameday possibly? Also having nightsweats which I'm assuming is the nolva

Gameday is some strong stuff, and with the intensity and volume you do, it could be that making you sweat. It made me sweat, but I always sweat.
 
Game Day made me sweat like crazy. I like the arm workout, what's a DB blaster?

Start with a certain weight for 10 reps then without resting go up in weight for another ten no rest, go up again for ten then rest for a minute and repeat
 
Didn't have much time this morning so just threw together a chest routine.

Hit shoulders this morning adding weight and really focusing on front and side delts. Getting ready to hit bis and tris as I type this. Just weighed myself and I'm at 178 so that's maintaining. Unfortunately my diet has sucked. Lots of sugary foods and cereal. Definitely have to get that in check.

Bis and tris last night and chest/back today. One thing to note is I haven't had any stomach issues with the daa in T-X3. Usually it causes some cramping and diarrhea, hasn't been the case so far. Haven't really noticed much else as of yet.
 
Do you always train with such extensive volume? You are putting in work.

I just started this GVT style training about month or so ago and really like the pump and sweat I get from it. I usually do a lot of drop and supersets otherwise.
