A Hormonal Smorgasbord: By PalmFist

True about young guys taking anabolics but I would only say do that if you're going to be 100% committed to it. I coached one of my junior Marines this year on a tren and test cycle but he's all in at 21. Wants to be the next Ronnie Coleman and sh*t. He's at police academy as we speak but is gonna start up again once he's out and I'll show him how to brew his own. Every man has to make his own decision but I like your attitude concerning peds. Don't take the easy way out

I got ya brother and def. I'm not ready for the time physical financial or health investments required for doing it right at this time. Plus I got a ton of progress to make. Hell I put almost 100 lbs on my dead this year and still going strong. At some point I will truly completely plateau but until then I don't even have to worry about it. I don't see it as an option unless I ever have serious aspirations of becoming a national/world level lifter. I'm much more impressed by what I can do naturally anyways.

Well I wasn't going to but I decided to recert on one of my billets. Today I was OC'd and tomorrow I'll be tazed. Friday I'm getting a CC for my 9. And still picked up an evening shift tonight and tomorrow night. I wanted to train so bad today but after being sprayed in the eyes there was no way I was gonna go to my gym. I'll make up for it tomorrow somehow

In for torture updates.

I feel you. I'm like 200 at the gym now and thats a good 8-10lbs more than when I wake up and a good 20lbs more than I feel comfortable walking around with. It did hurt though haha

Finally at the gym tonight. Long session for chest and back

Turned out my mind had a larger appetite than my glycogen stores could deliver. I was only at the gym for about an hour and left waaaayyyy before I wanted to. But the work was done with 100% enthusiasm and intensity. I want to try and fit legs in tomorrow but have a pretty busy day with the wife's birthday and graduation ceremony

I actually have the entire weekend off so I should get a chance to post some update pics, macros, and weigh ins. Along with a mid cycle review of msten and dermacrine

Nice that you "finally" got back in the gym. All recovered from being chemically attacked and electrocuted! Holy Mackeral!

Happy bday to the wife and congrats to her graduating! And sorry for the late sub here. But in this bud! Legggoo

Been busy with work and stuff. I had an awesome 3 day weekend though. Not feeling this BRC thing right now. Kinda dreading it actually. But I am losing weight again which is good. Down to 187, hope to hit 180 by the end of January. Registering for spring semester over here to knock out some more classes before I go back in. Updates later tonight

Ok so I remember now that the.first heavy feeling load sets you up for success afterwards..

Leg killer with those 3 sec negs. Seated calf raises kill my knees, why not unload the squat bar and do them standing? I added a toe block for even more calf killing.

I've done that before but I really don't like the position. It puts my lumbar under a load and angle I don't like at all. For me there are easier/better ways to achieve sloeus/gastrocnemius/plantaris activation

If seated calf raises kill your knees, do them in the leg press machine. Slightly bend your knees so that you take the direct stress off of the joint itself.

Just realized tomorrow I start the mid-cycle bridge and take Reaper. Yay

Awesome. I'm stoked to see what you think. I almost bought another one but couldn't :-(

They kill my knees also. I so them in leg press, hack press and standing BB

The other thing that kills my knees worse is seated leg curls. Cannot figure out why. The ****ty thing is it's the only leg curl machine they have.

I was literally just gonna ask you that. This should be interesting.

Lot of the bigger guys at my gym seem to be a fan of having someone put a dbell between your ankles while you lie belly down on a bench & curl it up w/ the hams. You could see if that spares your knees better.

Im excited man

I have to say that the methylstenbolone/dermacrine has been pretty nice. Ive probably put on a good 10lbs, not sure because my scale needs new batteries since last week. But it has been an awesome PH for me with practically zero sides and no crazy impact on my cardio ability. Shredding up with the Reaper should lead to really awesome results in the next four weeks. Im a bit disappointed in that I haven't been able to really dial in the last few weeks but I am going to try my hardest to make the last half shine

Various Grip Pullups: 15, 15, 10

DB Row: slow and to the hip- 10@75 x 3

Stretchers: 15@80, 12@100, 10@120 + 8@100 + 8@80

FST7 WG pulldowns: (0:30 rest periods) 8@200, 8@180, 8@160, 8@140, 8@120, 8@120reverseGrip, 15@120reverseGrip

Alt DB curls: 10@25 x 2

Forearm pump was insane! I could barely hold the 25lb db's at the end and my bis were exhausted. I tried for a third set of curls but I could barely lift the weight...

Nice work man. Oo how i miss "back" days. Them forearms and back pumps were the best. Coming home feeling like a turtle with that awesome back pump haha.

I certainly felt like a turtle while foam rolling the shít out of my back after getting home. I literally decompressed and stretched and mashed for at least 1-1.5 hours. I got a body high when I was finally finished and my sciatica aren't bothering me in the least bit
