So I took yesterday off from lifting. Got 30 mins cardio in so there's that at least. I've noticed the last two days I've been 190+. This is going all wrong. I need to start tracking my meals to help with this cut. I'm thinking 10-15% below tdee. Should put me around 2700 kcals a day. I'll be putting together my plan sometime today

CountryLiftin - strength can continue to develop without gear usage. You'll always be stronger on the hormones, but it's temporary. 2 steps forward, 1 back. And once you start using, it inhibits your natty gains. Idk if you've ever seen the vid on Youtube of Dave Tate discussing Human Potential, but he spells it out perfectly. It will only take you to the next level. If you're not good enough to play college football, it can make the difference to get you into a college after highschool. But if you had to have it to get there, you're never gonna make the nfl if you could barely make college with the drugs.

SLDL: 4x 15/14/15/12
Leg ext + leg curl: 2x 15+15/15+15
Cool down: 10 min incline tread
 
nothing unusual. Lower back was cramping some but it would've been the same regardless

Gotcha. While using stenzine, at the end of the first week I had back pumps. Nothing that made me lay down, but they were noticeable.
 
Forgot to mention I am cutting back on caffeine. Its been giving me headaches and I assume its because its raising my blood pressure which is already higher than normal from the msten. Probably be completely off by the end of next weekend
 
Yeah my experience is Msten HATES stimulants. BP spiked bad. Good news is it kind of has a mild euphoric/stimmy energy to it, at least I seemed to notice. Kind of a positive energy when it wasn't making me lethargic (but the lethargy could have been all the 1dhea too).

I'm good so far just waiting for it to "kick in". Today marks day 9 but I got off work 6am this morning and going to a new contract in two hours, 4pm, so no workout today. Too tired, from lack of sleep not the peds.
 
Probably some foam rolling and lacrosse ball smashing when I get of work later tonight. Been feeling my sciatic nerve on both sides come and go. Plus I'm sore all over from taking a hiatus then smashing effing weight like a beast. And I'll probably top it off with an Epsom bath afterwards
 
I'm literally on 48 caps/day right now. PCT starts tuesday....so if I can just avoid choking to death until then.....

Oh lord. I just got off work, dropped the Cosby kids off at the pool and weighed 196.4 afterwards. I've only eaten twice and had two protein shakes along with 1+ gallons of water since 6 this morning. I may have to drop to 5 pumps dermacrine and 20mg msten if this keeps up. I mean I haven't even had dinner yet...

Thinking chest today. My back and lats are still sore as hell. My legs are still smoked, can barely walk. Arms were yesterday so yeah definitely chest

I think today will be cardio and abs. I'm too tore up to do anything else. I can finally walk close to normal though, which is good. Can't wait for the strength gains to shine through...

serious about creatine? Yeah. I haven't been off creatine while seriously working out for a few years. This shït is rough. I'm at least 10lbs off on db press and it feels like I get lactic acid buildup alot easier and faster...

A certain place had a 1.2kilo tub of SNS for 14.99 during the tgiving sales. And 10% off that makes 13.50 for 1,200mg. So yeah, anyone who says they can't afford creatine doesn't know how to shop lol

And I bought the SNS stuff last time. Really smooth, powdery not gritty at all, mixes surprisingly awesome. I think some of their stuff is OP but their creatine is a steal, & quality.

I got some free designer in a stack. I keep a half kilo of mono but I only take 2-3G at most on workout days. Hmmmm. I've never noticed huge differences being off but it's been awhile too. You off it because of the stuff you're running?
