I got some free designer in a stack. I keep a half kilo of mono but I only take 2-3G at most on workout days. Hmmmm. I've never noticed huge differences being off but it's been awhile too. You off it because of the stuff you're running?




my normal stance toward creatine is "always on". Thats you, me, errybody. Creatine has many positive health benefits that go beyond "cell volumization" and since a tolerance is not an issue one can literally stay on forever.

I am off because I wanted to experiment a little. That is all. I want to get drier than shît, if that's at all possible in the time I have left... Lol

I agree. Creatine is big for a lot of things but power/energy production through the phosphagen system is the biggest IMO. Are you competing or what? A good designer at a low dose would still let you get pretty dry I think.

Quick update. No lifting or cardio yesterday. Just a rest day outside of my regular work responsibilities. Tonight my wife cracked a rim on her car so I finally got around to putting a new heater core in my Volvo. I had been putting it off because our schedules are so opposite we've just been sharing the same car. Today was my only day off for this week and next week so I had to get it done in the snow. It works now though yay. Anyway by the time I finished the install it was time to take her to muay thai and wait til practice was done at 915. Rushed home and went to my gym for about 15-20 minutes of lat work, then at home I did grip and ab work. Pretty good for no time...

Done with 1:00 rest periods back to back:

Wide lat pull down: 20/16/12/10
Reverse grip pull down: 16/13/12/10
Close grip pull down: 12/12/10/10
Stretchers: 12/12/10/20

Grip work x 3
Situps 4 x 30/30/20/20

She's one tough cookie for sure. And yeah working in the snow blows (pun) but I put it off for weeks already so I got what I deserved
 
I have to replace my switch in my jeep and you just reminded me. The fan only blows on setting 2. I need to install a relay because the motor is worn and draws extra amperage through the switch and resistor and can burn them out. I replace the resistor but the switch went shortly after. Relay will prevent them from going again. But I don't wana sit outside and do wiring in the winter lol.


Also wife doin muy Thai is awesome.
 
At least putting in a new heater core wasn't as painful as getting new rims for my wife. Ended up with a whole new set of Enkei EV5 hyper black 18x7.5. I've been wanting a drop kit and new wheels on my car for a year, she cracks one wheel and I end up paying for a whole new set. I feel like a sucker but it is her birthday and graduation and Xmas coming up...
 
So off to the gym for squats and deads. Hopefully the back can hang in there. My lumbar and sciatic have been killing me lately cuz I've been wearing corframs for work. Just bought new boots though. Steel toe. Side zip. Waterproof. Just right. Should help with the crazy back and hip sh*t lately

Just so you all know Aegis is kicking my ass come end of day. I'm at 6 caps a day which is roughly 500mg tudca. Itbstarted with heartburn which has stopped but now I'm getting stupid amounts of gas toward end of day. Like I ate a cup of baking soda bad. So starting tomorrow I'll be taking 3 in the morning and my normal cycle support before bed. Figure 250mg of tudca is better than none at all

Deciding to take the weekend off. I had OT Friday night and work Saturday and Sunday then 12 hour days Monday through Wednesday. Need to rest so I can hit it hard early Monday morning.

Weight is hovering around 195-197 before bed and 190-193 first thing in the morning. Cals are down though so we should see some shredding coming this week or next. I'm 15 days in now

How things like a total extermination of a people even come into being, a thought from nowhere, astounds me. I am reminded of how powerful the written word is. How an idea written down can change a persons purpose or perspective or even change history altogether…..

There was badass old Twilight Zone episode about an ex-SS deathsquad captain that returned to the site of his old concentration camp to "remember the good old days". The site of the camp was outside a little town & totally vacant, but he ended up being visited by the ghosts of all the hundreds of people he'd killed in one way or another. They sentenced him to death by insanity, & after they remind him of all he'd done he loses his mind. It was so appropriate.

Anywhow, the episode ended with line by Rod Serling something like, "This episode is a memorial, a timeless testament to a real time on earth when man turned this world into an open grave. Into it, they poured all their reason, their sanity, their humanity. Let it not be forgotten."

Talk about haunting.

Well its kicked in now. Didn't have much time for working out tonight so I decided to just smash weight with monstasets. I only worked arms but my whole upper body was swole as hell. I have pics I'll load later tonight when I get off work.

MonstAsets: 7 total of varying exercises based on area/db/cable availability. Order was TRIS/SHOULDERS/BIS. Killed it in 20-25 min.

Give it another week & say goodbye to DOMS entirely on the Sten. At least for me, I could no longer get sore. Nothing has compared thus far to ability to recover like Msten at 24mg for me. M1T made me big & strong, but didn't help nearly as much recovering. Msten I was training hard 6 days a week, easy.

That would be nice. I can say that personally this is a good methyl for me. My cardio is still great and I'm not getting any cramps or unbearable pumps. I feel great. No sides to report. I'm only monitoring BP now and its been stable in the healthy range, hitting low levels of hypertension here and there but I wouldn't say its anything out of the ordinary

Didn't say I was gona run it. We already talked about this haha. Wanting something doesn't mean you have to or should do it. But there are plenty of guys who started where it was orals, AAS, or what have you else in HS younger than me haha. I still don't actually want to do it. I hear you.

But I mean, they didn't really have the availability back in the 70s that they do now...

True about young guys taking anabolics but I would only say do that if you're going to be 100% committed to it. I coached one of my junior Marines this year on a tren and test cycle but he's all in at 21. Wants to be the next Ronnie Coleman and sh*t. He's at police academy as we speak but is gonna start up again once he's out and I'll show him how to brew his own. Every man has to make his own decision but I like your attitude concerning peds. Don't take the easy way out
