I'm looking to run a very effective, efficient, quality PH cycle beginning on Jan. 2nd. I'm looking for helpful tips/advice, so I can get the most of my results. I'm listing an outline of the supplement plan I will follow for the next 12-16 weeks. Please let me know of any changing or tweaking I should do before I get started. I'm 28 years old, 5'8 tall, my weight seems to bounce between 178-180, 10.8% body-fat. I've been lifting on and off, for over 10 years, going back to high school and college football. I follow a very clean diet, high in protein and I'm very disciplined when it comes to following a supplement plan. My goal is to add a solid 10-12 pounds of dry muscle, getting to about 190. I do not want to hold a lot of water, where I look bloated and puffy. I have taken CEL H-Drol before, which I liked. I'm looking for something to add more mass, Super DMZ 2.0 stacked with LGI stano-200 is what I had in mind. I'm not a young kid or inexperienced when it comes to training, I know what I'm getting myself into as far as PH's go. I'm just looking for some extra knowledge, particularly with my PCT plan, but with the whole cycle overall. I've listed the brands/companies of the supplements, please advice me if ones better than the other. Thanks in advance.

- tamoxifen citrate 30 ml (not too familiar with this, was advised to use it).
