So I have upped my cals and trying to build a few lbs of muscle and of course, trying to take in enough macros. My question is does anybody else feel lethargic after eating carbs (even complex carbs) a little while after. I had some olive oil and turkey early today and around 10:00 or so had about 75-80 Grams of oatmeal with some Splenda. I now feel like I'm in a walking coma. I plan to eat 8 oz chicken breast with some brown rice in a little bit and workout will be about 3:00 or so? Just wondering if my body isnt used to higher amount of carbs. It's been 2 wks since upping everything and haven't been this tired in a while? Anybody have some answers. It seems to be more frequent last 2 wks?
