Need some advise. I'm 31 and have never done a cycle before. I'm wanting to gain lean muscle mass (doesn't everybody).
I'm planning on running my first cycle in a week or two, but I want to figure out my PCT before I do anything and am a bit confused. If any of you could give me some points, it would be greatly appreciated.
I plan on running a 4 week cycle of EPI at 20/30/30/40 (This is my first cycle, I don't want to go crazy with it). I will be taking ProteX, joint support, and Animal Pak as well.
I'm considering this as my PCT:
Nolva at 20/20/10/10
Post Cycle 3x at 0/1/2/3
Am I overdoing it or missing something? and if so what and at what dose?
