Different? No not really, with minor variances in metabolic rate, predisposition to fat storage, etc. We are all actually the same.. Your body fat is low because... You're 140 pounds lol.. Why do you think that you cant increase the calories and still stay lean? Especially if recomp is your goal.. I said increase the diet, I never said bulk, as in put on a ton of fatty mass.. And who cares about what most guys your age look like, most people look like ****.. So yes, I do know how your body works, you're not a different species.. I would simply like people to keep an open mind and not buy into absolutes.. I meant no offense with my previous post but apparently that touched a bit of a nerve, so I apologize sir, it was not my intention.

Haven't really updated been making some gains. But I gained 2 pounds right now I'm at 148 looking nice an lean. Every muscle on my body looks full and well composed. Bench jumped up to 295 x 2 squat went up to 365 x 3. Loving this cycle so much. Been eating a lot more, took what vitus said and I'm going to see if what your are saying will benifit. Jumped up to 4000 cals these past couple days and not gonna lie I feel better, and my post workout meal I put in the most cals. No shut down so far what so ever.

Quick update weight 153 eating like a monster feeling pumped all day I took a picture right before the gym and I looked good.

Well I'm a little late to the party but nice log and nice results bro. I am jelly of your lifts and the number of fukkin calories you put down a day for your weight, keep killing it!
 
Thanks guys it's been pretty hard work making gains I've been putting a lot of things off for this cycle. I haven't taken a day off yet the recovery time is just ridiculous I'll max out on all lifts and wake up the next morning and feeling great. Have a increase in acne and my head gets itchy when I'm working out.

Day 34:

Wow this month flew by... Well my weight has been consistent with being at 152 every day it's the same. Noticing my aggression in the gym up almost 100%, haven't had any lethargy just been getting it. Been eating big ad noticing a difference in performance outside of the gym such as during bike rides. 10 miles is fun now and doing legs is fun. Especially the day after legs my recovery is almost double and I can go a leg workout two days and hit hard. No libido issues no shutdown, I do have an increase of acne but not to bad nothing that I can't control. Going to stop the s4 next week since it's almost 6 weeks and keep running the 11-oxo with osta. I feel good looking good. My upper chest looks more cut, I was aiming for this by doing a day of chest but just with upper chest exercises. Vascualarity is always a plus as well. One side of s4 other than the vision sides, you feel really pissed off about 25 mins after you take it, I can maintain my anger pretty well but it comes I handy when your training.

Good sh*t brah. Yeah I noticed I would get pissed off too, but it'd help me focus.

Im wrapping up my cycle of super/halo. Looking to throw S4 into my PCT. Feel really pissed off? Cant wait! lol :D
 
Well sorry about disappearing haha it's been a while but I shredded some bf like hell on this cycle
I would say it's pretty close to winny and a low dose dbol stacked. Felt really energetic through the first 4 weeks then kinda got some lethargy the last 4 I have to say if you are considering using sarms, prepare to have one of the best cycles you have ever had. Currently in pct weight 143 but my strength went up my max close grip bench started at 225x3 I busted 225x8 times yesterday. This is my second week of pct and running nolva and a few other test boosters. The only side I got was getting pissed off easily. And here's my progress pics taken this morning.

Yeah I just starting eating a lot more food but natural healthy food. And I just noticed with the sarms and good sources of protein n carbs it went smooooth. Usually on a cycle I'll feel like sick towards the end. With this cycle I just felt naturally good wake up at 5am every day no problem and ride my bike. It's amazing in pct right now I still feel good though.
 
Looking good. I am going to run SARMS from search (hear good things about them) in the spring, after my current cycle. Still haven't decided whether to do LGD or Osta, for a bulk or recomp.

Osta with 11-oxo and Hdrol you'll look good bro my buddy ran this cycle and his gains were significant. Do 11-oxo towards end to control cortisol and Keep the gains. This is my next cycle for sure. Although the gains with Gw s4 and osta were really good One of the best of any cycle, no sides, shutdown and all gains kept Lost weight and gained strength. But I feel the 11-oxo helped at the end don't even feel like I'm off. Hope this was helpful

Thanks man. It sounds like a good plan. I'd like to stay away from PH on my next cycle though, so I will try Osta and 11-oxo.

Thank you bro. Ima take about 4 months off from any aas, phs or sarms. Going to make progress on my own and get some solid gains before another cycle. Give my body a break, but prob next cycle will be osta with Hdrol and 11-oxo.

Sounds like a nice gameplan! If you don't mind would you lay out the cycle you ended up running with dosages?

I had this written out before my cycle, but I was running letro through cycle to beat a case of gyno I had. It was cured not sensitive or anything but my nipple still looks big. So for the cycle and pct I remained on letro and threw in nolva cause I know this combo will help with this. The 11-oxo I just picked up cause it was on sale at a good price. Didn't think that was gonna make much of a difference because I already made all kinds of gains. But then when I stopped the sarms and continued taking 11-oxo I felt like I never got off cycle. When I stopped 11-oxo and went into pct I still felt good. My strength gains remained and as well as my vascularity and hardness. No libido issues what so ever. S4 makes you pissed off for about 2 hours, so I would not be anyone I didn't like. Pct is a breeze and i feel like I didn't even run a cycle cause there's no sides it's unbelievable, S4's sides affects where off about 3rd week into cycle I almost forgot it was even there.

S4- 50/75/75/100/100/100
Osta- 0/0/50/50/50/50/50
Gw-0/0/20/40/50/50/
11-oxo- 0/0/0/0/350/350/350/475

Pct;

Fuk yea man the pumps are just like woah leg days are the best you'll squat your max 6 times same with bench my endurance ran through the roof.
 
i wonder what the longest amount of time somebody has dosed ostarine? i mean theoretically it could be taken indefinitely assuming there isn't any toxic metabolites. i'm confident that this is one of the goals of the sarm chemists.

It is still supressive to an extent. But I would keep it at. 6 weeks

I've used it several times for 12 week runs with only a slight drop in test serum and LH. I bounced back fairly quickly after a few weeks too. Guess it depends on how you react to things but IME, it wasn't very suppressive. I love using it in pct for this reason.

Lol I'm surprised you ran it that long without issue. Osta treated me well during the 6 weeks i ran it but I've read a lot of people get suppressed. To me its not worth the risk if it is going to be hit or miss. I've heard people use it during PCT as well but it just doesn't seem like a good choice.

It's not that it's just you won't receive the same amount of gains. I like it better just going for 6 weeks pct for 3 weeks and jump on a month later... It's good standalone but I would stack it. But whatever you prefer bro.
